Sadly pe does increase the prominence of the veins and I suppose you could search for creams to help conceal them but at the end of the day its a good sign that its working well and give it a lean mean look. Try the SLow Squash Jelqs dry. They are an extremely effective exercise but the drag length is very short, opposed to a normal jelq so there will be less surface, distance friction. You may want to pre-moisturize using a hydrocortizone cream or ointment. Do not saturate, just work in to make skin more supple. Dry skin can easily lead to cracking and friction damage. After training I would also suggest the same, just to keep things soft and supple.
