Hey guys, so i need help getting my BPEL closer to my FBPSL. My BPEL is about 7.3 and my FBPSL is about 7.75. I know that erect stretching is supposed to help so i just started doing that today for about 5 sets of 30-45 seconds each (if i can hold good eq for that long lol). So i was just wondering if there are any other exercises that i can do to get those two closer together. thanks!!!
 
Of course.
Low grip manual stretch (stretch from the base), Size blasters, Mandingo stretch, Behind the cheeks stretch

Thanks guys i was looking around for exercises that would help and i didn't come across the size blasters! guess i just wasn't looking hard enough aha. I am going to start including these into my routine starting tomorrow! many thanks!!:)

That's correct my friend. You're supposed to be stretching in opposite directions so yes you essentially have the idea down.

Ok i think i understand now! so one hand grabs the extreme base (trying to grab inner penis) while the other hand grabs near the mid shaft/upper shaft and at the same time both hands pull away from the body??!
 
Yes try to grab it from just underneath the glans so you effect the most tunica:)

Pretty much erect stretching is what you want to do...expressive stretching could work too,but i would say ES is the shit.

I am very happy this is being discussed in depth, Closing the gap between BPEL and BPFS can be difficult without using the techniques described here. I hope newer guys get to see this.

People are very scared of any kind of erect exercise in general,so that's why no one is doing erect stretching at all...some guys are scared to even do girth workout anywhere near 100 % and that's so wrong.Erect exercises are so good.

I know. I was scared at first :P When I tried it i was like oh shit this feels different and not right, but I continued with it and guess what...gains.

Is it safe to do erect stretches in all directions?

For the most part, the only place I would not try to perform an erect stretch is behind the cheeks, this could result in a rupture of the penile wall leaving room for Peyronies...every other position is fine. Remember, when you stretch erect against your erection angle you will more than likely hear a pop, if this happens it is nothing to be worried about, it is only trapped air being released from the ligaments.

I do ES in these directions : forward , up , down , left , right.

That's it..I think you can do rotaries too,but i never did it.

I'm going to add a new round to my routine. After I do my current routine i'll do a round of erect stretches in all directions and include erect rotaries and at the end i'll add footlong stretch mmmmm...

I don't know what that is. So I've tried the erect stretching and normal stretching, both with footlong stretching method...nothing, no sensation wat so ever. Either I need a better grip or something because I'm definitely not feeling anything when I stretch with the strength of my leg.

I have heard this a few times but it is rare, most men have an increase in length using the FSBP measurement. You are special, enjoy it! :)

I'm sorry but i'm not aware of the new methods, the only new method i tried was the footlong stretch and didnt feel the intensity :l I'm kinda scared the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] won't give me the intensity i'm looking for either

Hey was reading this post and thinking.. I perform my erect stretching routine behind cheeks...

It's more like a side stretch behind the cheeks though. I twist my dick half a rotation gripping very low and stretch behind 1 cheek at a time for around 1 minute, if you get my description? It feels very intense on the side ligs. Especially on one of the sides, I don't know if this side is just more stubborn. It's even slightly painful if I stretch it too hard (on that side). But never lasting pain. I wouldn't say it's a bad pain.

Anyhow, after reading your comment, would this stretch be OK in your opinion?

Yes as long as you do not fold the penis. Arching is fine just do not go further than that
I think I got you ok, thanks! Fold as in not doing erect stretching straight being the cheeks, right? That seems to be a very unnatural angle that may promote peyronies, if I got you right...
