Well I'm really confused right now...

I've been doing Penis Enlargement a month now. I'm at the point now that I do stretches for half an hour and jelqing for half an hour and then edging for half an hour...

I've been told that this is way too much. Should be 20-30 minutes.

So I'm curious...how long do your work outs last?????
 
It varies from person to person and level of experience.

That may be a little long but mostly because it is going to be difficult to keep it going as the initial excitement wears off. As your technique gets better you'll find that you're becoming more effective. As a result you should be able to reduce that time. IMO edging can be any period of time you want, but stretching and jelqing can be overdone.
 
Yeah it takes me an hour to do stretching and girth as well. I know when I get busier I will have to make my routine a little shorter in time. Since I'll be more experienced I think I will be able to get in a workout of similar intensity is shorter time.
 
im currently doing:

warm up: 15 mins
tunica stretch: 20 mins
lig stretch: 20 mins
dry jelq: 20 mins

with short breaks in between, ends up being ~2 hours
 
I have spent in access of 4 hours a day training and I have trained for as little as an hour per day. I have to say that when I worked smarter for less time I gained fastest.

When you say 1 hour you say 1 hour of pure work or 1 hour overall?

I'm saying that because, for instance: my 12 min. stretches takes an overall of around 30 min. to do - and I do them as fast as I can, mastered the grip a while ago so I just grab, adjust and pull like an automatic movement.

Still... it takes me more time than just the strict stretching time. =/

How does 12 min of stretching take 30 min? Are you including like a shower and warm up in there? Even if you take 30 secs rest between each minute of stretching.. you looking at an extra 6 minutes... but ya dude,, like it takes about 20-30 min to do a good workout

Yes, I am including warm up and warm down and forgot to mention it. :blush:
 
me personally, it takes me about 40 to 50 mins to do my length routine and about 50 mins to do my girth routine. for my length routine, i warm my dick for about 10 mins. then i stretch downward at low to med intensity for 1 min each for about 20 mins. then i use my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] for about 10 mins to give my hands a rest. then i go back to my downward stretches for another 20 mins. after i get done with that, i feel the fatigue and i know that i havent caused any structural damage to my ligs because i stretched for a longer period of time at lower intensity with heat applied the whole time which causes your ligs to elongate. for my girth exercises, i jelq at about 50 to 60 percent for about 5 mins. then i c-jelq for another 5 mins. then i jelq and bend for anotha 5 mins. then i do 2 10 min clamped sessions. then i use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 20 mins. after using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] i clamp for a 3rd time. along with doing all of this, i'm using the L-Citrulline DL-Malate which makes my erections stronger and i cum alot more.

when i said it takes me 40 to 50 mins for my length routine and about 50 mins for my girth routine, that's my actual workout time and its very close to how long it takes me to complete each routine. reason i say that is because i dont take any breaks in between each stretch or between any routine. i do them back to back to back. i feel like if i do my routines like that, i get a better result which seems to be working out for me.
 
In response to the question in this thread, it usually takes me 20-45 minutes for a good workout and that could be incl girth & length exercises or just isolating one particular area.
