Yea you really need good eq for most of the girth work. And good eq control for the rest. Fortunately taking some time to train your PC muscle can make a huge difference. You just have to commit to it. I've been doing kegels for hours a day most days for a month and I see clear improvement. I also see plenty of room for improvement though.

Maybe focus on length for a few months and really beef up the PC muscle. That's the best option as long as you want more length also.

What do you mean how important?You mean show you gains?Or when you're training girth?The answer is very important to both questions.

Happend to me,if you can't hit 100 % hard,you're dick won't be at its full maximum size , and that might hide 0.2" - 0.3" of both length and girth.

If you mean when you're training girth , it's also very important,if you're not as hard as possible , training girth won't be as effective.If you're 70 % hard and get 20 % expansion you will be 90 % , still under your full size...but if you are 90-100 % hard and get 20 % expansion you will be 110-120 % , that's over your maximum size,that's how you gain.
 
I need to start with towel lifts main I never do them, and only kegel during the actual routines. I can clench away an orgasm, but still need separate training. The last time I towel lifted pretty worn out from the session, but I see it like abs as in you can train everyday maybe even twice a day for this cause.

Too much edging or kegels can wear you out just as much. You really need to find balance more than anything when it comes to a girth routine. Finding the line between a great workout and an eq killing button masher of a routine makes all the difference. But I agree that masturbation hits your eq like a train really quick.

How often are you hitting girth? You may be experiencing fatigue which would mean you need more space between girth routines. Maybe go every other day for a while. I would really hit Kegels hard too, this will greatly strengthen the pelvic muscles allowing you to hold more blood in you erection.

Ya I think I need to hit the kegels up, my pelvic floor must be weak as hell, I took a month off and still my eq in like 60%, plus I cum way to quick lately lmao.
I remember me eq being hella strong back like four five years ago. But it just dwindled down to nothing.
The only thing I didn't like about kegels was that I was so hard, it felt impossible to catch any expansion because how tight the tunica was, I hope it doesn't happen again when I start the kegels, there nothing harder that trying to squash a rock.

Kegels will definitely improve erection quality but maybe you are dwelling on it too much and out is causing a mental issue. Are you able to achieve a 100% erection at anytime?
 
That's a good point. Frustration, fear, anxiety, and a bad mood can all kill hour eq easily. I have seen it in my work a few times. I've learned to isolate the experience of pe mentally so I am not dwelling and having my work affected. Much like at work when home life is in the toilet.

Speaking of fear and anxiety killing EQ,i take a supplement called GABA ,it's for anxiety,better sleep,it will calm you down,etc.I saw an improvment on my EQ since i took it.If you have trouble getting up because of anxiety or fear when you're with a girl,give it a try,you don't need a prescription,you can take it from any pharmacy.

I would take tea myself before I sleep to feel calmer. I'll look into GABA

I heard the same thing but I am so medicated now that I would not want to add anything new. I will ask my doctor if I can try it with the meds I am on.

Yeah check with the side effects of both and if they increase the risk of 1 side effect. Example: Both say they cause headache. You want to avoid that and you'll want to avoid more possible symptoms

Oh its nothing like steroids. It does help with libido and energy though. I´ve taken it during times when I´ve been tired.
 
My sleep is always good due to the medications I take. Someday I would love to get off of these meds completely. It has been so long, like 20 years, since I have been on them. I sometimes wonder what life would be like off of them.

Great question and one I will pose to my therapist. Here is what I am thinking; I have been on these meds for 20 years and every year, just after Christmas, I end up in the hospital. So the medication seems like it is working but then when December wraps up all the mental shit comes back, and I am still taking the meds. I f my disorder is seasonal and identical year after year do I really need to be on these meds? That is my approach for my visit on Wednesday.

You should test this. Perhaps you can try 1 month and see. Just make sure not to fall into believing that medication is everything. Testing may not help and you should definitely talk to someone about it first.

One of the medications takes 6 months to wean off or I could go into mania or a deep depression. The others I could get off as quickly as a month. Fears I have are about sleep, depression, what it is going to be like without meds??? I have no clue cause I have been doped up for 20 years.

1) Do your girth routine only 3-5 times per week. This has more to do with your arousal than anything. If sexually active, wait until your refractory period is complete and you have some EQ.

2) Don't do your girth routine immediately after your length routine. The trauma of a length routine and some of the desensitization it brings will inhibit good EQ. Wait 6-12 hours.

3) Make sure do to the SSJs. I may be the only one, but I prefer to only have about 60% EQ during this exercise. 60% allows the ability to squeeze and gently bend/roll the middle of the penis by holding each end. If you use a flexible tape to measure during the SSJ, you'll find that during that exercise you could very well be getting +.50" expansion.

4) Wear a ring for about an hour afterwards. Even though you will be soft, the ring helps me hold my EG in a flaccid state.
