I've been around for a few months and I've learned is that everyone is different. Some people can stay using phase 1 for years and gain. It depends on your intensity, if you pull hard enough and long enough you will contiune to grow. Different exercises target different parts of the penis but they are all essentially stretching either the ligs or tunica. Don't get wrapped up in how long to do one thing, you will see gains if you have enough intensity. Moregains is right when you see your progress slowed switch up or add in a new exercise.

Get right in there and see what your limits are. After the first session you will know if you can go longer or if you need to pull back a bit. We will all react to exercise differently, some require more intense work while others will grow with little intensity. I would stretch as long as you can and feel comfortable. Ideally for me I like to go 30 minutes I know thats a good workout for me. I do behind the cheeks 1st and then do downward stretching from the base of my penis. I also grip near the head for a few sets. My best advice is to make sure you warm up either in the shower a rice sock you'll be amazed how much further you can stretch a loose dick. Start out with the basic if you're new to pe you penis will be shocked with simply stretching and jelqing (making an OK sign with your hands and milking your penis downwards).

I like to stretch in the morning and throughout the day when I'm motivated and do girth work at night. I also wear and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] which I think works well when worn long enough. For girth I warm up then while watching adult entertainment jelq for 15-20 minutes and then go into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 30-45 my dick always look great afterwards.

You're going to go through trial and error but consistency is the key. I've read about guys who have put on 1.5" in 3 months but they really bust their asses to get it. Don't be afraid to push yourself, you will feel discomfort when stretching and thats normal. But if you feel intolerable pain then you're doing something wrong.

The reason my answer was short is because after doing this for 5 years some things have become obvious:

1) nothing happens quickly. The body is amazing at resisting. Although if it weren't we'd all be mis-shapen from sleeping patterns and the like.
2) being too anxious leads to injury. If you think you're going to gain more than an inch a year, you're in for disappointment. Very, very rare to gain more.
3) if this were easy, everybody would be doing it and by now there'd be enough research to tell you exactly what to do. But not everybody's doing it, so we're all learning as we go. Don't break something in the process.
4) jelqing is a great way to start. Both length and girth can be achieved with it. It's easy, it's cheap, it works.

I have gained: 10.5cm in length x 5.5cm girth
