This is my brand new routine. However, before I get to the details. You must understand that the key to this routine or any routine is the mind.
Seriously, if you have a positive outlook on your goals and patience then it will come true. Think about it even if you have the best routine and your mind is not leveled then it simply will not be. I mean this is a game of will, and your emotion state. Sometimes it will depend on your patience and your perseverance.
I waited so long because I needed to make sure this routine worked for me. It is really not that intense. It is what you make it to be. Now on to my routine
I perform: 2000 reps of Jelqing, 1000 reps of Kegels, 2 or more hours of
hanging.
I split the routine up in hours.
Warm-up/
1st hour; 1000 reps of Jelqing
Hot Wrap
500 reps of Kegels
Rest
Warm-up/
2nd hour; 1000 reps of Jelqing
Hot Wrap
500 reps of Kegels
Rest longer
Then, I hang for 2 or more hours. I perform four 4 sets,
1st and 2nd hour, regular
hanging 30 minutes, then
BTC hanging 30 minutes
I currently use between 12 ½ lbs to 15 lbs
weight. Because I have worked my way up to this point.
Now I need to explain about the Jelqing exercises. I do not perform regular jelqing methods. My workouts are totally different from what you can possible imagine. So listen up clearly.
As I have read everyone basically Jelqs by pumping blood into there penis or behind the balls or maybe even upward.
I do not stretch any more. So I basically figured why not simply mix jelqing and stretching into one. I jelqing in every possible position you can possibly think of doing. I do upward,
BTC, downward, to the side, and then I make up positions as I go. If I get a hard on then I use a position in a swinging motion like that of a ticking clock. I keep my mind focused. I do not pump any blood at all into my cock because my goal is length. However, in the process I have noticed that it balances itself out evenly.
Some of you will be skeptics. I do not care. I know what works for me and I decided to share what I know. Besides my dick size is now 8.5 none bone press, flaccid 6.0 inches, and my thickness is 6.0. So it works and I am happy with the results although I am not done yet.
My goals are 10.0 to 10.5 inches none bone pressed, flaccid 8.5 inches maybe 9.0, and thickness 7.
It is up to you what you do. However, the key is not the routine it is your mind. You can ask me questions till your head falls off. I will gladly answer any comments or questions. I am not an expert but I will do my best.

Also I do not perform the 1000 reps straight. I write them down on a sheet of paper 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. And the numbers 100 next to each so I will not lose track. After every set of one hundred I mark through the numbers.
