Howdy guys

I genuiely confused on this concept I always believed Jelqs were for girth gains and stretches were for Length gains

However searching thru some members threads here partciually a guy named "bjv" he seems to have made significant length gains from using a routine that emphasis jelqs and not stretches I just don't get it.

How can an individual gain such good length with mainly jelqs and only one or two stretches?



The thing is i'd rather avoid doing jelqs if I can I really do hate doing them and I much prefer doing stretches.... Is it actually possible to gain LENGTH without including jelqs and just exclusively stretches?
 
Jelqing is mainly for girth but some do make length gains using the jelq. Stretching is for length exclusively and is where most make their length gains.

oh i see I thought that makes sense! maybe bjv can come inside here and clear things up!
 
I made length gains with Wet Jelqs when I first started out. Jelqing works both girth and length but mainly girth, however girth gains usually affect length to some extent and that's to do with Physics I imagine. Stretch the balloon out and it must compensate in some way for that with more thickness otherwise it snaps.

I must have gained roughly with confidence 1 inch in erect length from jelqing.

Not to step on anyones toes, but I consider the jelq to be a all purpose work out! If you look at a balloon and you perform a wet jelq on it... its gonna swell in all directions! because the pressure will push evenly in all directions!! That's my theory!! Just a thot!! :D
 
When I do my jelqs I do 100 reps in each direction...yes they are better for girth, but when I do the straight down jelq I crouch and you can feel it in your ligs....you can also do it straight down and to the back left and back right...feels good :)
