I genuiely confused on this concept I always believed Jelqs were for girth gains and stretches were for Length gains
However searching thru some members threads here partciually a guy named "bjv" he seems to have made significant length gains from using a routine that emphasis jelqs and not stretches I just don't get it.
How can an individual gain such good length with mainly jelqs and only one or two stretches?
The thing is i'd rather avoid doing jelqs if I can I really do hate doing them and I much prefer doing stretches.... Is it actually possible to gain LENGTH without including jelqs and just exclusively stretches?
