back when i was focusing on length
i used a routine based on the principle time under tension and it worked well
basically i was doing stretches then i would stay in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 1.5 hours
then i would do dld blasters and stay in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 1.5 hours

some times later i would do some jelqs

this is the only way i have ever gained some girth

i have never gained girth from pumping and clamping alone

at the end of this whole workout my dick would always be jellyish and warm, maybe this is penis creep

now im thinking that in order to gain girth i need to stretch also because i can not pump for hours
i thought about something like the length routine only that i replace the 1.5 hours with girth exercices
or
do the same routine only at the end i add another girth session

what do you think is better

A more girth targeted routine usually works better. Pumping is mainly for new guys and a quick fluff before sex. To invest a lot of time into pumping for gains, from what I've seen guys report over the years, returns little in gains. A more solid routine would be focused around intense squeezes or SSJs paired with clamping.

like 70% length and 30% girth

my advice if you want big girth gains that you can use during sex stay away from clamping, hardcore cockring, or anything where you smash your dick. focus on expanding and healthy bloodflow. frequent healthy erections is a good indicator you are doing it right. this is why water pumping and jelqing works so well you are EXPANDING everything...

Yep! And I'm very proud of that fact!! And I can usually hit the 6"+ MSG mark, right after a good hard girth session. There is a circular and longitudinal(length) part to the tunica.

At peak erection the longitudal tunica prevents the circular from expanding more. This is why some have seemingly thicker dicks when not fully erect.

It thus makes sense to weaken the longitudal layer before girth work if one aims for girth gains.
This could also work the other way around if goal is length.

That's exactly right!! And that's why I alternate, between length and girth, and probably do almost equal amounts of both. Other than the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], which I consider to be not both....and not just for length, or girth.

Yeah I do the same, a few minuets of bundles in between really intensifies the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session too.

Honestly, pumping is a different creature. It pulls mostly on the outside of the penis, whereas clamping forces expansion from the inside. I suggest starting off like a new guy. So, yes short, 10 minute sets with no squeezes, bends, or other exercises.

I give suggestions in the clamping guide on my support forum.
Cable clamps are unpredictable. They usually break at the locking tooth/release tab.
 
Go to Home Depot, and buy you a clamp there. They're $2...get a medium.....they are the best made, and easiest to use, that I've found yet! I've been using mine for months.....clamping.....clamped squeezes......it's taken a lot of pressure! And I'm not saying I'm a monster.....but 6"+ base girth.......I ain't no little guy....they work good! Just put a piece of silicone on, then clamp away! Just start slow!! And to answer your question.....I put mine on, after the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], and leave it on, good and tight, for about 10-15 min, and then loosen it a click, or so, let a little pressure off, and then tighten a click......and so on, like an adjustable cock ring......for about 30 min to an hour, depending......just pay attention to color, and all that good stuff!

I believe you never gained girth from pumping because you weren't increasing the pressure during your pumping set. When using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words], it's highly recommended that you increase pressure maybe every minute. You should always be at max pump pressure during your pumping set (very close to pain as if your penis wants to explode) and make sure you follow the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words].
