Having that said, I'm searching for the guy in here that I've read before who was in a similar situation; he realized, looking backwards to his girth gains, that the gains occured either while he was proper resting and keeping his cock full for more time (droping a few jelqs along the day or wearing a

I'm not sure about the time of rest and the time of maintaining your dick big but searching for big girth gainers it is common to hear them saying similar things about keeping your dick full along the day. The 'theory' is simple: if you can't keep your dick bigger next time you're jelqing, then it's like beggining from 0 every time. You gotta push the limit further and further every time, this is why you need to maintain your cock as full as possible for your next session.
I did Penis Enlargement for 3/4 months with no girth results — which led me to quit P.E.. I pushed to my limits doing 1 to 1 and 1/2 hour of exercises DAILY for almost 4 months without seeing the results. Tried different exercises, angles, grips, even a tiny drop of blood came out in a bad frustration day where I didn't had the care I should. For length, in the other hand, the gains were marvelous. Which led me to think of two things:
