As you all know I have been here for quite sometime. Started Initially as girth only routine and I gained a lot. I have actually posted a picture a while ago showing the Girth Gain.

A while back DLD been inticing me.... lol.... to get into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] I have tried it for a week and it was the bomb. but since my length was lagging behind and the girst kept moving on I decided to stop any girth routine (except the occasional 100 jelq twice a week for maintenance)

So for last few month all I forcused on was Length. Routine as follow:

-Morning under the shower manual streth all direction: 5x30sec each direction
-Straight into [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at maximum and I try to add couple mm throughtout the hour until I can't take the stretch no more. Only one hour.
- Off from [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and just massage (no Jelquing) just massage all around the dick including the fulcrum for 10 minute with Vitamin E cream.
- then back into [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] this time for 3 hour a low intensity - slightly more then my normal flacid (as I am a grower and wanted to change that)
- 3 hour after I get to hardcore hanging for 20 minute every week I increase weight I am not at 12kg
- now comes the tricky part: Ligament stretching. that shit is a bitch I could never really get my self to stretch at max so manual stretching where i feel the stretch but still not the extreme.
- next step same as above: massage with Vitamin E cream.
- wrapping for 2 hour and keggeling as much as I can.
- Last part back into the exnteder at maximum again for one hour.

I have started as I mentioned earlier way back, my starting stats were EL at a bit over 5" no BPFSL at that time i did not even know what it was and I was focusing on Girth. on an off with no consistency I gained .5 in lengh and over 1" in girth.

Now the last few month doing this routine and getting really focused at it I went from 5.5 BPFSL to 7.2 - 7.3 thats almost 2 inch in lenghs in less then 5 month. I did not really noticed until today when I put all the pix next to each other and I saw I was :O:O:O:O

Last month or so even the mrs said I grew crazy (married for 10 years), I reach her bones now in all position, some position like doggy ass up she can't take it at all so she have to kind get her self up a bit. deep throat is out of the question but fuck it. I ma happy to see her screaming and yelling stop stop pain pain. no need to deep throat me.

actually a bit more then 5 month. mate, I did not even noticed I gained at eye view, i could feel i am reaching areas in the mrs pussy that I never been before but probably cos I see it everyday so its not really ntoiceable, Today morning I thought I will just put all the measurement pic next to each other, and boy that's when I was in SHOCK.

remember our last conversation? I am going with what you told me last. Taking it as a number. Don't get me wrong I want that 8 so bad..... but it seems doing your way and just getting it as just a number in my subconscient works marvel, takes away that pressure when you just see 1mm gain..... lol.

DLD, what you think i should do to cement the gain of BFSL to EL, I gained on the Erect side but not as much as on the BFSL (except Stretching while erect) anything else?

Smokey not sure why you can only see black boxes? is anyone esle having the same problems?

Making the conversion between BPEL and BLFSL is all about consistent erect stretching. I would incorporate a good 5 to 10 minutes a day of erect stretching to make this happen. Even without erect stretching it would eventually cement itself through your normal training but erect stretching does quicken the process.
 
DLD whats it mean if my BPFSL is less than my BPEL? does that mean i need to do more tunica work and work on the elastic abilities or the so called "outer tire" of my dick, instead of working the inside
"air of the tire"s.

JP, Bone pressed flacid sreteched Lengh (BPFSL) is always longer than Bone pressed Erectile Length (BPEL) main reasons is the elasticity and less blood enogrged in the penis. normally from what I read around and my case there is an average of 1" difference, some poeple have more diffierence some less. I can;'t really answer the question on how to bridge the gap as i am still in trying and error, however as DLD mentioned ERECT stretch seems to help a bit. I am on a stretch, wait and see kind of mode. keep u posted.
 
mine is the same though i defintly cant stretch 1inch more than my bone pressed they are almost the same stretched if not my stretch is less than my erect, im not kidding.
 
how is it easier to gain if your stretched length isnt good compared to bone pressed?

and yes ive gained a good bit, ive been at it for close to 3 months and my BPEL was around 6, and now its almost 7, girth was 5.0 and now almost 5.5 alot of this i got back from the gains i lost when i stopped awhile back, but this is defintly the biggest ive ever been in my life, personal best so to speak

When i trian really hard i can never tell how big my dick really is because of EQ issues and fatigue that builds up, but i know the size is there, i know the gains are coming, and now im back to hanging at mutiple angles because i coudnt hang more than SD at 30 pounds, but i threw in OTS at 25 pounds to get me started on my solid gains throughout the dick and not just ligs and entry point gains, im gonna stretch that tunica out.

Yup, in order to become longer in erect state it is important to stretch in erect state. It does not have to be a huge routine, just try to get in 5 minutes a day where you can and the gap will close between BP and FSBP.
 
mmm why most of the proof pics are more into penis torture, than just showing the gains in a bit more natural way BPEL is ok but the way the penis gets squeezed looks painful damn hahaha sometimes the way we measure is way too unreal ......

@shortdick, I had the same thought years ago when I saw how they measure but I guess that how i been taught so I never really questioned it... lol....
 
Dmso works great for inflammation discoloration and adds stretching ability to a hardened dick and what I was referring to was a cord that feels veiny hard on the side of your dick after to much girth squeezing coming on to fast it burns when you try to push through it and it can put you out for w few weeks
 
Hello lads. Sorry been extremely busy with X amas and NY. so Happy new year to everyone. Been on kind of pause recently, only occasional Jelq here and there. I lost .2 / .3 in length but thats due to this long pause. Back at it with a vengence. 2015 is going to be a great year :)
