Clamping is easy. Redzulu laid it all out 10 years ago and added along great ideas and exercises.
My take:
Start low time low pressure.
Increase ,time, frequency, intensity and varieties.
What I do practicly is this:
Silicone
Sleeve + Cable clamp.. clamping cant get easier, comfortabler and better. I could do that anywhere on. Right infront of the pope or even on the moon.
Put on the
sleeve and get warmed up. The
sleeve should already constrict you slightly and serves to be used before and especially after the clamping to maintain expansion.
The
sleeve should be big enough to cover the base and allow at least 2 clamps to be used.
Apply a heat source.
Apply the clamp around the
sleeve as far down towards the pubic bone as possible to get as much dick as possible.
Kegel blood through the clamp towards your glans filling your dick. When you feel that blood escapes close the clamp more.
I aim for the state where I can still kegel in blood but not much can escape. Arriving at my present maximum clamp expansion that I can achieve.
A second clamp above the other will allow for more possiblities to adjust.
Then I do all kinds of advanced clamping exercises. Compressors, bends, bundles and stretches.
Avoid cold and discoloration in doing sets and loosening the clamp for fresh blood or massages.
I love to combine it with pumping and jelqs.
The more time and focus you invest here the more you will gain.
But of course 10 minutes a day might also give you gains. But as said you can do this everywhere so I dont see how one cant do 1 hour of clamping a day.
