I would not agree that big balls are not aesthetic, especially when ur dick is already enlarged and the smaller balls dont fit the bigger penis anylonger. And a lot of guys that do pump their balls notice a significant increase in cum volume and even libido. But that might differ from man to man.

As far as I and many more ballpumpers can tell. It DOES work, when done with good equipment and a good schedule.
