Fedoras pics of padding for extender use

I use my wrapping/padding during each set of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] (which is about 1 hour) then I take the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] off, and also all the padding, to get full circulation in the penis. After about 1 hour I put it back on etc. So depending on how many hours I wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], that´s how many hours I have the padding on.

For the coh. gauze closest to the penis, I change it every second day.

The t-shirt material - I change about 1 time/week

The piece of hiking material I change when it starts to fall apart, after about a week or two.

The important material that you need to change more often is of course the material (in my case the coh.gauze) that is directly attached to your penis (for hygieic reasons!).

If you change the coh.gauze every second day you use the hanger (means every fourth day if you use it every second day) is a good direction I think.

Don´t know about how well it works for The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words], haven´t bought myself one yet!

Maybe grab a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] strap style attachment, I am pretty sure the FastSize will accept this type of attachment.

Sorry for the late reply!

Here´s what I do:

Material: Hair elastic band (you now the fabric looking elastic band that women use to hold their pony tail)

After I finished mounting my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], with the silicone loop ends inserted in the "holders" underneath the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] head, I take the elastic band, stretch it and wrap it two times around the whole headpiece (with my penis in place).
The elastic band holds the silicone loop in place in the "holders" underneath, prevent the silicone ends from popping out of them.

The wrap would be the same no matter how you attach, but you will need to find which wrap works best for you. There are many methods outlined on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. My favorite is this thread and Stillwantmore's hanging wrap. You may want to also pick up a velcro strap to replace the comfort strap, much more gripping and comfortable.
 
I just purchased the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]jes[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], I'm still getting comfortable with it I find after a couple of hours the pain begins, I'm trying diffetent ways to customize the straps for comfort. I am7 inches erect with about 5.5 inches girth, would love to hit the 10 inch mark with about 8 in girth ... I have done jelging and stretching in the past, too time consuming, I'm already experiencing change in my erections, hopefully growth will come soon, I use the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]jes[/words] for about 8 hours a day ...
 
I know I'm late as hell, but whenever you start to experience pain, you should take it off and gradually work your way into wearing it longer, or leave it on, but change the setting to be a bit more forgiving.

Good point. You should also look to why there is pain present, is it the wrap? Is it the setting? Is it the attachment? As you learn these things you start to be able to go longer and longer. There are guys that go for 8-12 hours a day!
 
I just got all the materials for doing this but failed to succeed in step 2 of the mounting process, i just need to try again tomorrow, maybe doing it tighter so things stop sliding off.

Also places don't know what double sided industrial tape is, instead i got something called carpet tape, and that adhesive is really tough and double-sided.

Sorry late reply, I just returned to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]-website today, a long time ago I wrote this thread but great to see you guys find it useful!!
The double-sided tipe is not the most crucial things in the setup, however the cohesive gauge you mention is. The great thing about this is that you know that you always have a surgical clean piece of gauze everytime you decide to cut yourself another piece. It is also flexible and the material is meant to be used similar as bandage, and thats why it is designed to not cause irritation on the skin.

The wrapping needs to be pretty tight, but since they are all stretchable fabrics, you will not experience any changes in circulation. "Your foreskin needs to stay back and in place", otherwise the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] will fall off.

Of course! That is the whole reason to get a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words], you can wear it under your clothes without detection. You can wear it up or down to accommodate what you are wearing.
 
Just wanted to give you my updated version of wrapping. in other words what I do today:

Cohesive gauze as before.
Strip of t-shirt as before
Same noose thing made out of leather from the glove (cleaned it many times of course:) )

No double sided tape,
no square piece of hiking pad material

Great DYI post. Silicone sleeves are a great option also. Zen Hanger sells penis weight hanger systems along with stretchers and clamps. All of the products come with silicone sleeves that you can also buy in individual four packs for a pretty affordable price.
