Sup guys, i feel like shit. After an 8 month sexual hiatus, I finally have my chance to get some ass......and what happens........my dick doesnt cooperate. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks i've had my chance and even after a couple hours of screwin around....nothing...The most I could muster up today was like a 50% erection. This chick is shy and won't touch my dick which doesnt help. I don't feel nervous or anything..but I can feel something mental is stopping things from working right. I don't feel stressed, so that is not the source of the problem. I really dont know how to remedy this problem. Your inability to maintain a quality erection is something we all go through. Thats it DiGenius, it is sometimes a waiting game. Remember that a hard penis is not the only thing a woman wants. Spend time in foreplay, kissing, etc. and before you know it you will be on hard. Even if you don't feel nervous, sometimes your brain is nervous and you don't even know it. That happens to me sumtimes with girls. hey not to hijack this thread or anything but I have some questions and need some help on this topic. I went to a urologist because I couldn't get an erection that stood up (because one of the chambers on the right side was not filling up properly) while laying down and he told me that the "girl can hold it up" I think it would so freaking embarrassing to ask a future gf or hook up to do that <:( Does anyone have my type of problem? So many things can cause impotence that it sometimes can cause additional problems trying to figure it out. Impotence can happen with poor diet, stress, anxiety, medication, so many things that your head will spin. The best advice I ever got was to stop trying to get an erection and spend more time on JEN and foreplay and eventually the erection would just happen...and it did.
 
My advice is to just relax and wait a while. Give yourself enough time so you can enjoy each other, not necessarily having sex--maybe an hour or so. When you start again, place her hand on your penis. Have her rub it slowly, (with your help). Let her know how if feels. Focus on her and not your penis.

I had the same issue. Ease up and instead of jelquing do other exercises. I switched to the dry jelq and started doing more squeezes. If your just looking for flaccid size then regular old stretches would be best. Out of curiosity do you have a lot of veins on your dick?

I've had exactly the same problem. The thing is to take it easy. It's all in your head, and when you are afraid of it it happends. Relax, and admit to yourself that it doesn't matter if it really happends sometimes. For me it helped when I discussed about it with my girlfriend.
You know erection happends mostly because of your mind and thoughts. Doctors
