About a month ago I started to notice some EQ issues. I don't know what has happend to you, would be really interesting to know becasue it reminds me of my own erection.

What i can say though is that you are overpumping.. You pump too much and too aggressive and your penis suffers.
 
I have got a very similar situation of what you have got. I was overpumping when I used the vacuum pump for too long that caused the phimosis all over my penis and and I started to suffer with erection problem. I have had my foreskin removed as it did solved the problem but the erection did not return.

However. as the years goes by, I have been trying very hard to find out what is wrong, but I have found out at the end.

I have been using the kegels to squeeze my PC muscle for the last few days and my erection did return. It wasn't strong as it is used to be, but my erection got better so I have got to do it every day for few months to see if it is would make a huge difference.

I suggest you to try it. :)

By all means YES! When edging, pumping, jelqing, ballooning, etc. you want to use the Kegel as it will bring in the maximum blood capacity.

I have to do reverse kegels and kegels to get to and maintain my best erection state.

i've never got the breathing part or maybe im doing it wrong but what i do is hold my anus basically reverse kegel an distract myself with thoughts of things that don't matter or stop doing auto kegels

Thanks. But actually i feel that i'm pretty decent at controling myself and my orgasm.
The problem is that i'm used to my erection going to 100% very fast and easy, obviously as my size wasn't big in the beginning.
It was so easy to reach my erection, the blood pushed through quick and i was ready to go.
Now i have to stimulate myself for much longer to reach good erection, i have to aim for the orgasm and stop right before PONR
a couple times and do some kegels and reverse kegels to get good erection fast.
It's like my natural system doesn't push all the neccessary blood quick enough to get that 100% erection as quick as i want to.

I can't understand why my pelvic floor muscles would be weak :)

Thats good. Training yourself to control the PONR is key in sex, looks like you've made improvements to lasting longer

I am very confused why you are using the word "Dead", is there a dual meaning I am not hip to? If you are able to get an erection in any state, sleeping, awake, stimulated or not, you DO NOT have a dead dick. I really believe this is an obsessive loop you have caught yourself in. If you are able to get erection you have no problems physically, the problem is obsessive.

STart doing jelqs and ulis, that would fix you up, worked for me, and work for dozens of people around [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].

Well I cant give you a precise answer for this, but jelqing and ulis distract my mind as long as I working those two exercises, all my attention and concentration are pointed in routine.

OCD can't be solved and it shouldn't be a problem. OCD can be a good thing many times. But jelqing can be distracting if thats what you need.

I agree 100%. For so long therapist would diagnose me with this terrible disorder called OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and it caused stigma just in the diagnosis never mind getting my head around the disorder (along with other disorders included in my profile). I choose to see these diagnosis's as being a positive thing. OCD, for me, is the ability to focus on something until it is accomplished :) Multiple Personalities, well I have 16 people working for me in my head :) Bi-Polar, I work my ass off for 6 months and I need to rest for a bit. I mean throw any disability at me and I will make it an ability.

Well I guess i wasn't specific on what types of OCD. I didn't make it clear that there are some good and some bad. So for now just understand i only refer to good ocd

I don't know what has happened to you, but I had a very similar situation of what you are going through. I had used an air pump and I had overpumping my penis for 30 mins, then I had a mild lymph fluid and donut all over my penis that caused the swelling. I have to stop to pump for days or weeks (I can’t remember). I still don't have the erection since I have injury my penis. Lucky, I went to see my GP and I don’t have any damage or venous leak. I have been diagnosed with a varicocele, so I am going to have surgery soon to solve the problem.

I have learned my lesson in the hard way, there is rules that you should be following, do 5 mins slow pumping with max pressure, 5 mins [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words], 5 mins slow pumping with max pressure. Do these like 3 times for no more than 15 mins and then stop no more pumping! You have to understand that in PE, it does take time and patient. You can't rush it to make a big cock because it is impossible to do when it need take time to make a dick to grow slowly and it can cause a permanent damage if you are not taking extra care.

I have to stop use it and follow the urologist's advice to get a treatment. When I recover, I will be more careful what I am going to do as I am not going to be stupid like what I did in the past.

What I can say though is that you are overpumping. You must have been pump too hard, too much and too long that cause your penis to suffer. Go and get check up with your GP. You might have venous leak and physical issue.

If you think it's injured let it rest.
But what you could do to improve EQ is changing diet, and cardio daily.
Not like crazy but let the exercise create some extra flow liittle by little,not super weak but not crazy hard
make your blood flow it pick up and hold it. Once there do 25 mins, Try to stay always on that Point of bloodflow..

And day by day, slowly but surely, Your body will increase bloodflow everywhere.
Works for me.

From what I experienced when I tried doing kegel, your case might be fatigue from excessive kegel. You might want to take a break from it.
 
If you feel the urge to cum too quickly and if your erection quality is poor the reason is your Pelvic Floor Muscles are weak and need to be worked for strength and endurance. Fatigue should only be present after an intense workout or after masturbation. If it persists beyond these 2 areas it is obvious the PFM are weak.
 
I agree 100%. For so long therapist would diagnose me with this terrible disorder called OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and it caused stigma just in the diagnosis never mind getting my head around the disorder (along with other disorders included in my profile). I choose to see these diagnosis's as being a positive thing. OCD, for me, is the ability to focus on something until it is accomplished :) Multiple Personalities, well I have 16 people working for me in my head :) Bi-Polar, I work my ass off for 6 months and I need to rest for a bit. I mean throw any disability at me and I will make it an ability.
Thank you for posting this @DLD, It made me feel more confident and stronger in myself, I'm not alone in this (the feeling of stigma around diagnosis). I got both ADHD and high-functioning Autism (they are evaluating me for this now). But I know I'm 100% Autistic in my nature.

I feel like when I read about these diagnosis there is so much stigma, and negativity around both of these diagnosis (and others). They call these two diagnoses (ADHD and Autism) for a disability, I do not agree with this statement. For a long time I viewed myself as worse then everyone else. I do not do this any longer. I'm a person that's get bored if nothing is happening, I want results and are willing to do what it takes to get the results.

What I think when they call it a disability:
Come back to me when you have the ability to focus on something for 8 hours (Hyperfocus) without a break, then we can talk about your disabilities.
- Why can't you do that if you call me a disability?

Sorry for going outside of the topic of this thread. But I thought this was important to point out. Don't let anyone else determine your worth.
