Dry Jelq or Wet Jelq

I've been using lube when doing SSJ. The reason for the lube is to get a good deal with the mityvac. But henceforth, I will start doing my session without the lube and see how it goes.

I took three days off PE because I felt pains during my pumping session. I will resume training tomorrow and make sure I don't use any lube.
