O.K. ya'll, I was out the game for quite some time. I was a big clamper, and pumper in my past. I still throw these into the mix. I never really had a routine I followed outright, I just did what I felt like for that day. I think that helped me from becoming burnt out.

But now, I have laid down a routine that I want to try for a few months, because I see so much potential, from doing it for only a week. The first part is ADC, in a way, it not ALL DAY Clamped, but it is a lot of restricting and letting it sit. Then I do stretches that are not the norm here. I grip close to my base and do A-Stretches, where I am gripping is closer to my base, just below my midshaft, using my wrist as a fulcrum. So far so good, I like it so I will continue to do it until I feel it is not working.


For the ADC thing, I use a padding from a penis extension, the Cyberskin one, it costs like 19$ at the local sex shop, one of these should last along time. I cut the sleeve of the extension into 3/4in to 1in pieces(the sleeve is 6in long). using a sharp knife, like you were slicing a summer sausage. I put the cut out part of the sleeve as close to the base of my dick as possible without my skin wrinkling up around it. For the constriction, I use an inner tube for a large 26in mountian bike, 2 to 3 bucks at K-mart. I cut the inner tube into 1/4 to 1/2in pieces. These are used like a cock ring, but you must have padding or else you will damage the skin on your dick.

So I put my padding on, then I put on the pieces of the inner tube on, 2 pieces of inner tube is all you will ever need, just make sure you keep them fresh, because they do stretch after too many uses and will not be effective. I usually only use them for 3 to 4 sessions before replacing them. But as far as the padding, it will last forever. I put this on while limp after a few light stretches. Then I work my way up to a semi erection. After that I just pull my pants back up and let it sit until I feel discomfort. It is usually around 30 to 45mins before I feel discomfort. Then I take it off and relax for 30 mins then repeat. This can be done throughout the day, especiaslly while your at home. After 3 sets of this my flaccid is extra thick and longer, for the rest of the day.

now the stretching part. I grip close to the base and do A-stretches, for 3 sessions of 15mins. After the end of each session I try to get as erect as possible. My workout is done when my erection strength decreases. Normally is after 3 sets. I also get a great upper shaft and glans pump after this. which is reall what I trying to get at because my base girth is better than my upper shaft and head. I want it all to be as even as possible. But I also get a great lig stretch with this. and my dick seems to be more flexible after each session. So I must continue on.

Each day I will post what type of work I did and how much of it I did. And will measure each month for results. so wish me luck guys.

Yesterday 1/31/08 did nothing because of time, and my dick was a little tender from the routine the night before. I did slightly too much in the last week, I can tell because of some slight dead skin falking off in tiny, real tiny peices. Man I need to get some lotion to help my dryskin out. The only exercise I do wet anymore is pumping. If I jelq its dry, I think this is my main problem.

With griping so close to the base, I get great engorgement in my glans, and upper shaft, and that is were my dry skin is. So I'll try to stop this from happining by putting lotion on before my session and after my session, hopefully this helps the dryness. Will post results after its done.

That is some good shit there! Its not noticable at all. I should try the pipe insulation with the inner tube for ADC, the inner tube is easy as hell to put on and take off, plus the pipe insulation is way thicker than the padding I using now. I'll give it a go.
 
Man I came down with one brutal cold, its fucking killing me. Here in the midwest we had a day that was 73 outside at noon, by 6pm it was 20, WTF. this weather has got my plan on hold because of this medication. I can only get a half erection with it. So I got to wait until I fully recover from this cold to begin again.
 
A half erection's not bad for a 50 degree drop in temperature. rofl

i got hit with a bad cold a few days ago...left my whole body aching...i haven't done anything in four days..feeling a little better today hopefully get back at it by tomorrow...hopefully you will get back at it soon too...good luck
 
Today did some light ADC, for roughtly 1 hour, 30 mins each set. Then edged with no cum for roughy 45mins.

Erection was strong, veins were looking good too.
 
doing some more ADC tonight. I'm trying to perfect my set up to wear for a longer time frame, or frames. Right now I can log about 2 hours total a day in the ADC. 30 min sets seem fine now with a hour rest between wearings. The goal here it too keep the dick as fat as possible, and as for as many hours through out the day as possible. At the same time minimize injury, and any discomfort as possible. Included with this is being able to maintain a top notch erection whenever called for. If your going to do ADC I suggest longer rest times between sets, much longer. I'm expermenting with 1 hour rest peorids, for now I'm not experiencing any real discomfort of the skin where the constriction is. So far so good.
 
Today I was able to log a total of 3 hours in ADC mode. My limp dick looks bigger than normal, both lenght and girth. I finished off with some stretching and 30mins of balloning with a strong erection.
 
Today I did piss pulls, and loged about 3 hours again in ADC. I also edged for about 30mins. Erection strengh is strong as normally. My limp is looking extra fat even in this cold weather we are having. So commence to having a bigger limp dick and bigger erection.
 
Friday 2/15 I logged about 2 hours of ADC, I worked a 12 hour day at work and was tired as hell. Sat, 2/16 I did nothing, I wanted to relax and not pay attention to shit all day.

Today Sun 2/17, I logged 3 hours of ADC, and did 4 sets of pumping 15 mins at 5-7hg, I first did 2 sets in the pump, then logged an hour and a half in ADC after the pumping. Man was my dick fat as fuck. Then about 2 hours later I did the same exact thing. I also edged between sets of pumping and before I sliped on the ADC.

I'll post pics when I get a chance of me in the ADC after a pump session, I have never seen my dick so thick. It must have benn close to 7 inches midshaft in the ADC while semi erect. Holy shit, I gotta to keep at this for a few months to see if ADC and Pumping combined really works. Will keep this updated.
