thanks Grande Joe. I have had good expansion on my head and it is an area i have always targeted when I clamp. I prefer to clamp at around 90 - 95 % so i can control kegaling and do excersises up and down my penis to control blood flow. Fore my head the below is what I use. I know I have done a good head workout when there are indentions of where i pressed for the next 12-24 hours.

1) Clamped Erect Length stretching. When doing this use whole hand pull just under the head towards ceiling. kegal hard and do this continuously. with the other hand manipulate the head. do wallfucks with your other hand pressing on the tip (palm), mainly do miny jelqs with your fingers in different directions. Create indentions.

Yes I will agree with Big Al here. Water under the bridge and just chalk it down to experience. We've had severe problems in the past here with guys starting to comment on others pictures regarding them looking edited and false. This caused lots of trouble a few years back, so I feel it needs nipping in the bud right from the start even though now I understand your not one of the nasty sort but it was more meant as a skeptic comment rather than said with mallice, however when a guy posts a picture he shouldn't have to read skeptic posts about his size. The guy took the picture and give him credit, put it online. If people think someones picture is shopped than keep it to yourself and dont make live comments about it. If someone does post a fake picture than its only them they are cheating, so dont even bother to post a reply to it and they will get bored because its the reason they post it .. attention.

Thanks again everyone, and the truth is I would be the last person to care if someone thought something I did was altered. And I can imagine it being difficult to believe - shit my penis does not look like the same penis it was 2 years ago! haha... if anything I would expect "that is no the same freaking dick". I have experienced some great clamping signs in the last few days. The size that took me a long and hard clamp session are now only taking my 5-10 minutes to achieve. What is interesting is the maximum is not expanding currently, I am just able to achieve it quickly and for very long periods easily. The type thing i would possibly get to after 40 minutes plus of clamping for only 5 minutes sustained. Does anyone have experience with having been to this spot?

My routine as of late is 3-6 times a day
*15 minutes of the Blue Whale Special haha...Manuel stretch
*10 minute Jelq under heat
*10-20 minute clamp (not at 100% - so 20 minutes is not dangerous)
*1-3 hours of minor constriction to keep engorgement

I have never done anything like this. My cock is tired and sore all of the time but bottom line is...It is expanding as much and quicker than ever. So it is kindof a personal experiment.
