That's pretty insane there, brother. You practically used rocket fuels to push your heart and blood vessels to the limit. Now, with a stroke incident already occurring in your life, once, it's best to move forward with greater precaution. I know I'm preaching, but it's better to be that annoying fly with sharp claws on the chalkboard than to be regretting not saying anything at all and seeing a brother suffer. I believe I see where and why your pumping pressure is so high. Your brain has already adapted to high pain and is under very high loading tolerances. It's not letting up any time soon. This is not good at all within the entire PE journey. Again, it's just my suggestion, but it's better for you to come up with the safest approach while pushing the limits of the safety protocols for PE. We need to gather all these posts into a single personal log for Routine and Progress. Want to start one? It's not for us, but it's for you. We want to tailor the approaches carefully and monitor you to ensure your success. Again, this is your call.
