so,I was bored,studying physiology for my midterm exam(which is tomorrow btw lol) and I thought I'd make a progress thread to keep everything documented and keep myself motivated,but also for DLD to monitor my gains since we kind of have a bet that I would reach 9.5 inches in 8 months. unfortunately,since I got a shit ton of studying to do, I am taking a rest from PE, but sneak in a few stretches and some hanging whenever I can.I will start a new routine Wednesday 16th of November when I finish my exams.

Routines and Progress Forum
This is where you will want to start your thread.

In the thread you will want to include a few very important things:

1.) Starting size getting all important measurements (without solid beginning measurements you will not know if you have gained or not) Take all of these measurements:

Bone Pressed Erect Length
Penis length is defined as the linear distance along the dorsal side of the erect penis extending from the mons veneris to the tip of the glans. In non-medical terms, the penis length is measured in a straight line on the top side of the erect penis, from the start of your pubic bone to the tip of your penis. Penis circumference is defined as the linear distance around the widest, thickest, part of the erect penis (see below).

1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place your ruler at the pubic bone, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis. (In the example shown, the measurement would be 4 and 3/4 (4.75) inches.)

Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place your ruler at the pubic bone on the side of the penis
3. Stretch penis straight out
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis

Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length
1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.

Flaccid Length
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your flaccid penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.

Penis Erect Circumference
Penis length is not the only factor in determining penis size. The width, girth, or fatness, of a penis is also an important aspect when considering how you compare. Most people have a penis that is either longer and thinner, or shorter and fatter. To compare how the girth of your penis compares to the population, use the instructions below to determine your penile circumference (distance around the widest part of your penis).

1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place the fabric ruler or string end at the widest part of your penis and wrap it carefully around one time. Mark the spot where the string first touches itself.
3. If using string, take the marked string and lay it against the ruler. Read to the nearest quarter-inch measurement.

Pictures
For your own sake, not even to show us, I highly recommend keeping measured pictures of all the measurements above, every 3 months. This will give you a graphic view of your growth which is very inspiring once you have gained. In some cases men will not want to post pictures but they take them anyway and once they have reached their goal then they will post them. So keep them just in case.

Daily Updates
It is recommended to visit once per day to give us a summary of your workout for that day and any changes you may have noticed. This allows us top keep an eye on your thread and it keeps it high in ranking.

Same here. I only really learn if I'm interested. And so far my career path is very interesting to me. Just learn something you find really interesting and want to be good at - and love.

yep and is true sometimes is quite boring learning new stuff the thing is that the subject can be completely senseless for some and interesting for others.

There are sometimes when you have to learn things that you just cant stand or you believe they are boring but we have to learn them because we have to E.G. job stuff things at work etc etc...:)

Just be safe and massage blood flow back at the times you find necessary. As I have said, every man is different and will need different types of breaks and schedules.

My dick turns purple and pale after 20 minutes of hanging and starts hurting but I have to let it breathe. Some can handle more time.

20 minutes was always my max, always. At that point I would remove the Hanger, return good blood flow and go for the next set.
