DLD SuperSets...Extreme Girth Sets

I have been seeing alot of guys talk about struggling with girth gains. There was a period that I was very sluggish in gaining in girth too. What I did that changed this for me is SuperSets. How I basically do them is like this:

Set 1: 100 Strong Wet Jelqs
30 Secong DLD Bend
20 Second Modified Horse

Set 2:
100 Strong Wet Jelqs
30 Secong DLD Bend
20 Second Modified Horse

Set 3:
100 Strong Wet Jelqs
30 Secong DLD Bend
20 Second Modified Horse

Set 4:
100 Strong Wet Jelqs
30 Secong DLD Bend
20 Second Modified Horse

Set 5:
100 Strong Wet Jelqs
30 Secong DLD Bend
20 Second Modified Horse

Set 6:
100 Strong Wet Jelqs
30 Secong DLD Bend
20 Second Modified Horse

Set 7:
100 Strong Wet Jelqs
30 Secong DLD Bend
20 Second Modified Horse

The Modified horse is basically done by moving the 2 hands in a circular motion while compressing together.

This really jump started my girth gains again. I still do these now with some of my newer exercises with continue girth gains.
 
I've been supersetting all of my exercises since I began Penis Enlargement, and it seems to be working for me. No complaints thus far. I might give your routine a go sometime in the next day or two and see if I like it better then my current routine.

My routine:
Approx. 100 wet jelqs
My own variation of horse squeezes
DLD Bends
Redzulu's "The Presser"

I repeat that routine several times over, and thus far it seems to be working for me... I suppose the only difference between our two routines is my addition of "the presser."

But like DLD said, for those of you having girth woes, you might want to give supersetting a twirl.

Nice routine. Another thing I have been adding in the middle of the day is 30-45 minutes of Dry-Jeqing in supersets. My girth is incredible after these.
 
Is it possible to see amazing length and girth gains with jelqing alone, without stretching? Because those supersets look very serious and appealing to someone that needs to grow. Im going to try those supersets. Only if u deem it safe. But im really curious if jelqing is the key to killer growth. I beleive jelqing is great for working the penis overall giving it a balanced growth. But i want to hear everyones opinion. Great post DLD.:D

4governa, SOME people have made tremendous gains from just jelqing (talk to RB2), however, some such as myself have stubborn dicks and only the hardcore exercises will have an effect. You should start with the safer exercises such as jelqing and see how you gain. If it works, keep it up. If jelqing doesn't do it for you, then try the more advanced squeezing and bending moves. Let us know how it works for you.
 
What exactly are the supersets, do you do each set at different times during the day, or do you do the whole 7 sets in one workout.

All in the same session. If 7 is too much than start with a smaller amount of sets and work up to 7.

Over the past year I have found more and more intensity with the downward stroke opposed to the upward. I think a variation of the two would be smartest. Downward gives the most intensity for sure, but stretching upwards works different parts. I feel the stretch all the way to my PC muscles with a good upward stretch.
 
Downward is for base girth, and upward is for head girth. And it's showing in my measurements as my head and base is larger than shaft, and this is coming from the Kegels and RK's, some jelqing and a lot of clamping. I will have to incorporate [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] in the near future otherwise my guy will look like a DUMBBELL

do you clap off the base off your cock when you jelq downwards? i've neve thought about jelqing downward as it seems you would just remove blood from the cock

I actually don't, but now that you mention it I'll be doing that also from now on, as a few extra sets.

And when I'm jelqing downward, I forgot to mention I usually hold a RK as well. This is optional, but the RK also contributes to my base expansion while I'm doing downward Jelq.

But a regular downward jelq also gives solid base expansion because I start from corona of head, and jelq slowly down. The corona and the 1-2 inches of space right under the head is the most sensational so it contributes to EQ expansion WHILE doing the jelq. Just be cautious about PONR when jelqing these two areas. If it's too much then do a brisk jelq in those two areas and switch to doing slowly for the rest downward.
