The groove between the shaft and the head? If so, that is normal.

If Eq is suffering take a day off, you have been training hard so you could use the small break. I think it is very important that as you can add twists to a bundled stretch you should, this will break down the Tunica faster thus bringing gains faster.

I take measurement pictures for progress, not for ego or validation. The only things I care about are that my measurement method is exactly the same every time (and it is) and that the measurement keeps going up.

A decon break sounds like a good idea, I would take a week off to prepare. The workout is pretty straight forward, if you look through the first post in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] every part of the routine is first given then described in detail. Simply skip the descriptions and the routine is easy to understand. You have the equipment you need and you already have a great deal of experience, I think you are going do well. If you still have issues with the program simply request again and I will take the time to do it.

I will now be taking 1 week off all PE, which I have not done in months and feel I need it. I will avoid any contact with my penis this week unless it is to urinate or shower, of course and will be applying lots of warm air whenever I'm at the computer and sitting down for periods of time.

My main goal has always been to increase flaccid and it feels like this isn't happening (even after 2 years of PE, I am not satisfied with how much my flaccid has grown with the best flaccid look being when I was doing hanging, BUT...it seems those results were not permanent and probably just an after-effect) so I want to try a new angle.

Rest week update 8.01.16: Rest week is going well. I am avoiding all masturbation and no PE whatsoever this week. But something very discouraging has been happening in which my flaccid size has shrunk A LOT in both girth and length. I would have imagined that after 2 years of PE and seeing good stretched flaccid gains and erect gains, that this would not have happened and nothing has been cemented.
