A few of you may know me already from talking on other forums (I may be migrating to this one due to lack of interaction on the others...), but I thought it would be a good idea to start a journal on here to track my progress and hear advice from other members too.

A bit about me first:

I have been PEing religiously since September 2014 having started with JP90 then moving onto my own manual routine. I then did about 8 months with the BIB hanger from July/August 2015 but could never get the 'hang' of it and got some serious bruising, turkey neck and all sorts of stuff, so I moved onto the LG hanger in March 2016 and have had a much better experience since, even despite some blistering every 3-4 months.

All-in-all I've gained about 0.6" BPEL during this time (my primary goal is actually flaccid gains but I understand they come together with erect gains, so let's just focus on that) but I wasn't really tracking my gains until I started with the LG.

My goal is for that coveted 8x6 and right now my stats are:

BPSFL
194mm/7.6"
BPEL
178mm/6.9"

I am not measuring girth and will only focus on that once I've reached my erect gains.

My routine with the LG has been as follows:

Morning set:
40-45min (no break)
7kg/15.4lb
5min bundled stretches

Evening set:
60min (2*30min sets with 5 min break)
7kg/15.4lb
10min bundled stretches

Hanging angle: SD

As BPEL hadn't changed much over the last few months, I restarted with a manual program at the beginning of December to see if there is any change over the next few months and if the gains (especially BPEL) will improve:

10min warm air warm up

1min bundled stretches at 1.5 rotations in all 5 directions
DLD blasters (i.e. stretch up 100 kegels, A stretches for 50 reps)

15min jelqing

warm/cool down in the shower

Routine frequency: 1 day on, 1 day off

Thanks Munto - let's see where I land up with this routine... erect bundled stretches sound like something could break haha

For the record - the DLD blasters I'm doing are just normal ones, I only do bundled stretches before the DLDs as a pre-exhaust.

There are a couple of on-going competitions within the forum and the victor receives PE gear...I've recently incorporated The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Lengthmaster[/words] (I happened to win it back in April) and can attest to its power and versatility...the best part is you'll never get any hand-fatigue no matter how hard you train. Just my $0.02

Don't worry I still got one penis ;)
Erect Stretches are great on their own, helps to convert BPFSL to BPEL

Remarks: All good again, just a bit tired lately so my EQ has been awful. My glans' skin on the floor-facing side by the meatus is also getting a weird texture, kind of plastic/flakey. I think this could be from the expansion in the PF. Also had this with the LG hanger. Anything I can do for that?

DLD blasters (i.e. stretch up 100 kegels, A stretches for 50 reps) - struggled a bit with this one today, my hand gets sore after 5 reps and i land up taking quick 10 sec breaks before doing another 3-5 reps or swapping hands, not sure if that is ok?

15min jelqing - better EQ today

10 min warm/cool down in the shower

Thanks DLD - given I have been PEing for 2.5 years, is it reasonable to still expect and aim for 0.5" BPEL gain by June/July this year?

IT definitely is reasonable. It may take a longer or shorter depending how much you gained before hand

Everything is reasonable when you believe in yourself! If you want that half inch, demand it of yourself and do whatever it takes to make it happen. Look at this line ------, that is a half inch! Easy! This of it this way and it will come that much faster. Keep saying to yourself, "One half inch, no problem!"
 
Thanks for the encouragement, guys. I have read quite a bit about rest days, I'm going to try move into a less rest-focussed workout since I am focussing on length. Today is my third day in a row and must say, my hands seem to be more adjusted to doing the DLD Blasters especially and EQ has been good. (Weird?)

DLD blasters (i.e. stretch up 100 kegels, A stretches for 50 reps) - the split hands 3 right, 2 left are really feeling tonnes better, with some quick 5 second helicopter shakes every 10 reps to restore bloodflow to the glans

15min jelqing - good, but was tired though

No so weird, DLD Blasters will strengthen your hands rather quickly. Have you been getting in some erect stretching through the week?
 
Hi DLD, I haven't. Should I add these on already or wait for next measurement on 13 Jan? How many would you do and how often? Are they better than Mandingo stretches?
