For you fellas who have combined clamping and pumping for girth gains, I have a question for you: Do you clamp first or pump first in your typical routine? I just bought a manual pump with gauge and want to start integrating pumping into my girth routine next week. I just started back about five weeks ago after a year hiatus. I've been doing two 10-minute clamping sets per session, four days a week. I'm thinking of replacing one of the 10-minute clamping sets with a 10-minute pumping set for this upcoming week. The following week I'm planning to add in an additional clamping set for a total of three 10-minute sets (2 clamping and 1 pumping, in that order). I'll do some light jelqing, followed by warm wrap as warm down. What do you think of this routine?
 
If I had a pump, I would do it like this.

-Warm-up(hot towel)
-Put on cock-ring
-5 min of Wet Jelqing
-Get 60% erect, put on pump
-Pump till you get to a desent pressure, that is a bit over your regular erection
-Ease pressure and let it go down a bit, then pump again, the same... procedure 10x times
-Then remove pump
-Warm towel
-Dry Jelq
-Keep the cock-ring on


I think this sounds pretty good, but hey I don't got no pump, I shure would want one.
 
Brian, that sounds like a good plan to get in some pumping with your clamping. I have been using pumping and clamping for about a month. I know I have gained. Good Luck!

I'm going to incorporate pumping in my clamping routine, and here is how it will work:

I will clamp first, 2 sets of 15 minutes, maybe another 10 minute set once it a while. I've found that squashes are the most effective exercise to do while clamped, so I will be doing several squashes in that time. After the clamping is done, the tunica will be nicely broken down and weak after the intense squashes. Then I will pump for 2 sets of 10 minutes or so, at low pressure maybe 5hg. Since the tunica will be deeply fatigued and easy to stretch, the pumping will further expand it, as opposed to if I just tried pumping normally, where it would be difficult to expand the tough tunica. In that case, my dick would just fill with fluid from the pumping, and would prevent tunica expansion, which happens to alot of pumpers and that's why the don't make true gains. Make sense?

You should check out Thund3rs Pl@ce.com and look at their pumping forum. They have a lot of good information for new pumpers. To get a good pump w/ a gage with a durable cylinder, it will cost ~120-150 bucks. I really like my velseal cylinder I bought from pumptoys.com.
 
I bought a pump back before I found [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and started Natural Penis Enlargement. I only used it twice before I found NPenis Enlargement and then I put it in the closet and never messed with it much. Well a couple of days ago I had some extra time on my hands so I thought I would try a little pumping with my jelqing/clamping routine. I wet jelqed about 150 times with some squeezes mixed in, then I did about a 5 minute pump at 5-7hg, then I did about 30 minutes of clamped work, then I did 2 more pump sessions about 8 minutes each at 7 hg. I had a little fluid build up, but not too bad. My girth was up about .75", but a little of that was fluid. The next day my dick was sore like I have never felt. That must have been one hell of a work out for the little fella. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't have sex with the wife, but I wasn't able to do as intense of a routine the next day due to the soreness.

Overall, I felt good about the combo of pumping with my manual girth routine. I think I migt try to keep this in the workout for now.

This thread explains constricted squashes. When I first tried them, it didn't feel as intense as other exercises, but after testing them several times my expansion with these is far above and beyond than any other constricted exercise. IMO it's the most effective girth exercise, but that usually means you better be careful with it.
 
To help with input on a few questions. I really liked quijjiboo workout. I also think that clamped squashes have been the most effective for girth and also want to incorporate pumping. After looking around a lot I found a great sight for Dr. Kaplan pump with gauge. http://www.jnoutlet.com/indexo.htm
I have no affiliation or link and therefore make no money, but thought it looked like a good price.

This is not an endorsement, but the Kaplan pump is the one I bought. You can get it on eBay for about $60. That's where I got mine. I don't think these are THE ABSOLUTE BEST, but for the price, I think it has been a decent pump. You can buy different size tubes for it as well.
 
Sounds an exellent idea Brian, I think clamping [constricters] done alongside pumping will be an amazeing combination and something I also wonna try, plus the link Jonal just typed in is hot shit.
 
This is definatetly a great superset. I have been doing this for a couple of months, but not very consistant. I have been trying to be better, now that the Sox won the world series, I have more time.

I tend to mix it up, sometimes clamping first, sometimes pumping first. It depends on my mood.

I know this, after this superset, my flacid girth is huge.
 
For those of you that are already doing both, do you all agree at about 2 x 10 minutes and also agree to keep the gauge at about a low 5 instead of the intense 12-15 on the gauge?

I agree with the first part, keeping it at or below 5. I don't agree with doing intense sets at 12-15 for 10 minutes. There is risk with that high a pressure vaccuum, make sure you are monitoring your penis.

When I clamp and pump, I don't go above 5 hg. I start around 2.5 and work up to 5.

We started with the same measurements and now have the same length, but your girth gains are amazing compared to my current 5". I too have two kids and been married 20 years. Inspiration, no. Fool, sometimes. :)
Girth for me has been easy, length has been very hard. Lots of stretching and hanging to get it over 18months.

Ecstacy, well, I am not sure, but she is happy. My goal is to be as big as her biggest toy. I bought it for her a year ago for fun. We don't use it much, but when she is really arrosed, I sometimes pull it out. It's 9"long and 6.7" in girth. She took the it in for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Only the first 4" or so, but it gave me motivation to get THICKER! Girth has become my focus, big time.

Keep up the hard work and you'll expand before you know it.

Just found this old thread.

I've been doing 2 - 3 clamping sessions. I try to build the intensity / duration on each one. These are followed by a pumping session, or two. I complete the routine with a final double clamp session. It can be pretty intense and I need to keep on eye on things to avoid FR but the routine has been really good to me.

I noticed that most were pumping and then clamping. I've tried that a few times but I just feel like I'm getting a better workout with the pumping in the middle of the routine.

Anyone else have any experience mixing the two?
 
I do not clamp but I do know that supersetting exercises produces the fastest gains.

I keep the two very separate. My length routine is still based on supersets as well my girth but I do them at different times.
