Can't they freeze sperm and eggs?
 
I think in the case of heat or cold the temperatures needed to effect sperm would need to be rather extreme and lengthly. Are there any reputable studies that have been made on either state and how it effects sperm?
 
We didn't have hot water for a week awhile back and I was doing ice water [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] sessions everyday xD
 
I read it was good to end your session with a warm down followed by cool down to "lock" the cells in an expanded state. I don't know though cuz the whole 2-3 rest days are proliferation. I opt for heat all the way.

Did you notice any difference in expansion from using hot water?

I don't know if there is any benefit but I always take a cold shower at all times.
