I've been doing clamping about a month religiously and I haven't noticed any gains yet. I do about 30-40mins a day since I started. I started doing 3-4 10min sets now I do about 2 20 min sets. I haven't noticed any gains yet though. I'm still stuck at 5" girth. I started doing SSJs and A bends while clamping to help about a week ago. I also do the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] about 15mins a day. Does girth work take longer to see gains?
Also when I clamp I only get about .25 inches of girth while clamped. Not sure if that's a good amount or low or what.
