I do not know if this is being done. However, I have been tying a piece of rope around a weight, either a 5 or 10 lbs plate. Then I use some cloth or a t-shirt and I perform the V-Stretch. It is very intense however, it has been allowing me to grow in length. After this exercises then I hang BTC. I believe this routine allows me to be loose.

EG: 6 1/2
