i kinda know what you're talking about. i just got really hard and was like "holy crap, my dick looks good". it looked a lot longer than usual and i don't really know why
 
I try not to measure PWO, I don't want to think that is my true size.

At times it seems after I jelq that it is not as long, but maybe that is because it seems thicker than usual after it is pumped with blood from jelqing...

If you are going to measure, I would do it at an isolated time. Put on some adult entertainment..get to 100% (not PWO) and measure. Take that as your measurement..

My experience is identical to yours, Admiral.

I get temporary gains which are remarkably long--always have ever since I started P.E. and started to measure my dick. However, I know these temporary gains are not cemented. Cemented for me is quite another ball of wax. I measure at (fully erect--standing up, straight out, with a ruler, 8.75". While I'm lying down after a good edging session, I can measure close to 11" once in a while--usually closer to 10." But I"m not fully erect then. It's waning.

Will this ever be cemented? I kind of doubt it.
 
I know exactly what you're talking about Admiral. When I am rock hard, like after a really good jelq session with all that blood, I can get my hardest, and it's 7 BPenis EnlargementL. I'll measure some other times and it's like 6.8 BPenis EnlargementL, or 6.75 BPenis EnlargementL. I measure the same way each time, but I feel it gives me true length and not a distance between two points. Is this considered the proper way to get BPenis EnlargementL?

Do whichever way you want, but just do it the same way. Remember you are measuring for yourself, this isn't a competition. So just be consistant with your measurements. If my dick was curved I would flatten it for measurement, because every inch of it goes into a woman.
 
I would measure it with a tape measure and follow the curve--just my approach. But of course do it the same way each time. Otherwise, you'll be fooling yourself.

I have this effect as well and discussed it a little in my log. It's not always post workout, in fact it seems to be random. Sometimes I'm not doing any exercising that day or have taken a few days off, sometimes i've been going at it pretty hard. The other day I actually got over 6 1/2! Lately it's been back to 6. It's frustrating at times because at first I wondered if I was just mistaken or maybe shoved the ruler too far into my pubic bone. Now I know it's just something that is natural for me but I've been increasing it and even my stretched flaccid fluctuates now. I take this as a good sign.

Erection quality will do this. It sometimes fluctuates as much as flaccid size. Go with your best measurement and leave the lower measurements behind.
 
Thanks for the input. I was more interested in common practice than actually thinking about competition. I'm kind of anal about doing things the same way. Besides at my newbie stage I'm fighting to leave average behind. I just don't like fooling myself with measuring the wrong way. I just updated my current stats because I've seen these numbers start showing up in the last 5 days after my routine and today I saw the same measurements at morning wood and then again a few hours later. So I'm claiming them. I'm just blown away by how well it's going so far.
