So in want to give a run down on how my routine works . I am pretty busy but i have found a way to for it on. I wake up at 8 . I work out for 30 min . I'm doing a at home kettle bell program that's last about 30 min . I do that MWF then in T Th and Sat I do a 30 min yoga program . Don't knock yoga shit is awesome . after that in get into the shower this is also my pe war up

I then do 2 sets of basics stretches and then I do some dld blasters . I don't know how many of these to do so I've been doing 10.

Then during the day at work I do 1 or 2 sets of stretches Per each bathroom break. That gets me a pretty good stretches during the day . I also use a light wrap during the day I can't re rap every 15 so it needs to be light enough to last me a hour or 2

Once I get home study and the baby is sleep .I do

Shower to warm up

I do that 2 times .If I'm getting sex I might pump longer

I am going easy on the girth until I get closer to my length goals

during work i do U,D,L,R for 20 sec with 10 cranks in between each strech
i end up doing that maybe 8 times
then when its time for girth i do 1 set of streches then

then

Try to keep the adult entertainment in a disciplined way and do not view things that are against your conscience...OCD can really get it's hands on adult entertainment! i justed finished up for the day stretches in the am i didnt do any others during the day. I did 1 set then did my girth work. Yesterdays was maybe daughters 1st birthday so I took it off. So far today in have done normal stretches . I am having issues with the btc stretches . I'm doing my best but as i get longer I'm sure it will be easier . On a side not my ligs are very tight on the top I can feel it as I pull down and btc . I am wondering should I do extra on my tighter areas

Indeed, indeed! It has been a challenging subject to take under my full "obsession":) I must say that I am not only finding better guidelines but also additions in way of exercises centered around masturbation. I was supposed to post it a couple days ago but I am still working on the finer details.

My stance on what is right and what is wrong is based largely around the Bible but through a much different approach. I am looking for justification that makes sense that explain, with clarity, what is meant by certain scriptures, gospels and readings that speak about sex. I am not avoiding anything and within the structure I am building I find less and less that is RIGHT and more and more that is wrong. My selfish self wants to leave loopholes:) but my love for the Brotherhood and God keeps me on the straight and narrow.

Yep. Maybe make a 3x5 card with your workout? For discression use acronyms and claim its gym workout if found.
