You can use an old exercise called the Tao Jelq. It sounds fancy but really its simple to perform. Check out the thread on
how to wet jelq and learn the jelq because the Tao Jelq is the same but with a slight kick.
The kick is simple; as you jelq towards the head of the penis you hold just underneath with the jelqing hand and SQUEEZE ... have a good hard erection to get that blood inside. What will happen is the penis head will balloon up and look much larger. It may become more red and hurt a little. Dont worry this is normal and nothing to concern about, your glans cannot explode!
Aim to hold this squeeze for 5-10 seconds and do this Tao Jelq for 15 minutes if your new. Work up the next week to 20 minutes, the next week 25 minutes and so on. Increase the length the squeeze is held over time with the final goal being 30-45 seconds.
What this does is expand the glans and hold that new expansive size, which in time becomes permanent new growth.
