They are actually $2.99 for 12 (I think) I posted a picture somewhere on the forum but they are better than the basic rubber cock rings, more comfortable and the intensity is directed by how many times you double it up.

I usually put it on semi or fully erect. I usually just have it around my shaft not my balls, and it's stretch enough to expand but also snug enough to keep the blood trapped.
