Hi, well horse squeezes and double hourse squeezes will help but do them clamped if you can and focus on engorgeing the area at the base, so trap the area from right up against the pubic region and than say 1-2 inches from that, depending on your length and how far this size difference comes out.

Hold the squeezes for aslong as you can like approx 15 seconds at first but work to 30-60 seconds in time for 10-15 min sessions and in approx 4-8 weeks at least you'll see changes in the base region with it being much more thicker.
 
I was wonder if reverse jelqing helps with thicking the base.
With reverse I mean jelq towards the body while doing a kegel in the usual erection state. Has anyone experience with this? Haven't done it that much to actually gain from it.
 
Hanging works for that but its not really an exercise meant for fixing it really and if that were the case stretches will help build base girth, as they do.

Reverse jelqing well I wouldnt do it myself, jelqing towards the body instead of away from it because your sending that blood flow back into the body again and surely that could be bad, but hey I havent known anyone to do these reverse jelqs and maybe your onto something? why not test it out!
 
Hanging and stretching in multiple directions is especially good for base girth. Some men report good success using reverse jelqs for a thinker base.

I don't know about reverse jelqing. I think that could damage the valves of the veins and lead to leakage.

What did it for me was a mix between Uli's, which increases overall thickness, and hanging. Before hanging I always had a really bad baseball effect and now my base is thicker than my midshaft girth.
 
I think the best thing ive found for base girth would be deep slow jelqs; deep meaning start jelqing at the extreme base. keep your grip firm and very tight to prevent hurtin your dorsal vein & maximize expansion. as you continue doing the slow jelqs youll feel like you can grip deeper and deeper into your base & it also feels decent.

The reason base girth is fairly easy to increase is due to the fact there is skeletal muscle at the base. Skeletal muscle can be increased in size by stretching it. So you might try things that stretch that without going for length in particular. I don't know what that might be, but it's what you'd have to focus on.
 
Unfortunately I also got the baseball-shape going on.
Next to my routine, I also try to increase my base girth:
-I clamp the base with fabric material, just like usual clamping. After that I manually apply a clamping grip and start working the pecker (bending, kegeling)--> just fill it with as much blood as possible. You can also squeeze the blood for the upper shaft and glans down low. Its like a double horse squeeze plus.
-When doing the reverse jelqs, I kegel and clamp when jelqing in a 90% erection. A user called frs has already described this exercise:

I see good temporary results, but its way to early to have that shit cemented.

I've also noticed that pumping has increased the part of the penis that runs through the scrotum and that also increases base girth.

KingCobra provided a link with a good description of how to perform the reverse jelq. The only thing I'd add to it is to use a cock ring to provide better restriction and protection.

It's not an exercise that I'd recommend to beginners.
 
offtopic, but still about girth!:

what do you do for the midshaft girth then?
what does clamping mainly focus on when you clamp at your base/shaft?
 
Yes that exercise sounds about right, so your not actually pushing or jelqing the blood back inside your body which would be bad imo as they arent meant to be forced into the opposite direction but with this method you have the base clamped to prevent this ... nice stuff.
 
I think clamping has brought out my base girth. I say brought out because i try to clamp as low as possible, and then push it even lower, before kegeling blood in and trapping it at the base. This kind of pulls on the base as well as constricting the blood.

This is a very good option for those who do not have a lot of time. Plus the sole focus on one or the other. Will help us concentrate more on that goal. So I am all for splitting up routines, making them lighter and easier to follow. We want you here, training not at home, complaining. Settle in for a marathon and be prepared for ups and downs. But if you stick with it, in the end, you will be very, very happy.
