You can never really stop. You at least want to do maintenance and eq/stamina training, which is hardly the worst thing. Very true. All Brothers need to know that PE does not stop when you have made your gains, it goes on for the rest of your life! This does not mean active exercises to gain, but maintenance routines that keep the penis in it's best possible health. One session a week is plenty, but if you want to go more you can but go lightly or you will gain. Today I do many exercise and use many tool but lightly, not looking to gain, only to find new exercises and to keep myself maintained.
