You can never really stop. You at least want to do maintenance and eq/stamina training, which is hardly the worst thing. Maintenance is easily integrated into [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] training and can also be done when you shower with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. Eq training is as easy as you find kegels to be. The bottom line is you need to stop talking days off and commit. You might as well. You'll be back if you leave. You'll just be less frustrated if you actually do it whole heatedly.

Very true. All Brothers need to know that PE does not stop when you have made your gains, it goes on for the rest of your life! This does not mean active exercises to gain, but maintenance routines that keep the penis in it's best possible health. One session a week is plenty, but if you want to go more you can but go lightly or you will gain. Today I do many exercise and use many tool but lightly, not looking to gain, only to find new exercises and to keep myself maintained.

One of the most easily undertaken advice.

Off and on over the span of years means I've gone more than 6 months at a time and any time I quit, it's because life made me do it. You can say just get some pe on doing piss pulls and a few jelqs here and there, but the truth is, if hour plus long routines haven't seen me any gains, half assed attempts would be pointless.

The other day they posted a thread asking "what did the big gainers do special?" There's no secret, its a matter of unyielding tenacity. Idk where they sold you the idea that a certain routine for a certain time will guarantee gains, that's simply not true it takes lots of dedication. Don't expect anything you haven't worked your butt off for.

Gains arent an easy thing to get at all..i have taken breaks, days off, weak routines, etc besides i have to deal whit depression..I get really unmotivated and sad.

I have been stretching squeezing, pulling my penis for years,n yeah i have gained i had an average 5.5 inches long penis, nowadays im 7.25 bpel.

You need to get the negative toughts off your head. You need to start a good routine n choose between lengh n girth.its much easier than wanting to gain both.

Start today or as soon as possible.keep in mind that everyday you start a session you are already gaining..

INTENSITY n understanding what are you doing is way too important. There are no shorcuts in PE..

The on n off is way too negative n useless because you can get temporary gains n get motivated n loose them a few days later..:P

You need a strong will, commitment n discipline.otherwise things are not going to work the way you tought they would.

Cementing gains is important too you want a 7 incher go for 7.5 inches in lenght. you want 6 inches in girth go for a 6.5 inches in girth.

Remember time will pass anyway, better to exercise today than being regretful later..;)

^The most important point you bring up is attitude, and i notice our brother dmoney doesn't seem to have the best enthusiasm . I infer this mainly from the part where 'life' happened, and that was enough to make him quit

I understood what you meant but even that can have great affects. 6 months being done but then going off is a big deal. But you shold have made gains within 6 months

Getting no gains means that you havent understood what PE really is n you havent worked hard enough,if you want to see gains you need to do it everyday.for at least a six months period...:)

The SRTs been here for years n if you havent tried that maybe you should..Im almost sure you wont get dissapointed.

Yeah the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]srt[/words] is intense man really comprehensive program, but people want to make their own routine expecting the same results. Just doesn't happen if you don't know what you're doing

Look at our join dates. You're talking a lot about working your butt off for something but have you been doing this nearly 6 years? lol. DLD should know, I work hard when I do PE.

Lots of guys have made gains and taken breaks, like myself. I barely did anything for nearly a decade because I was ok with 7.5*5. Only came back because I wanted to train away some turkey neck and stumbled into ring use for girth training. Got to 7.5*6 and figured I'd try some length while cementing girth and finally beat 8*6 10 years after I started.

Everyone reaches intermediate goals and the trend is to leave for a while. Sometimes for years. It's normal to gain a little, be satisfied, and decide it's not worth it anymore, and flip flop for years. Not effective, but pretty common. The best way is every day for years on end. For me it's train hard for a bit, make a jump, and cement for a while.

I don't see how you can have no gains if you have remained consistent without days off for even half a year. Really, that strikes me as odd. It's not like you have a super tunica or steel ligaments.

For a new Brother you have great wisdom! There is no such word in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] language!

So then if you're working hard then keep working hard.

Some questions:

Are there any exercises or techniques that are giving you trouble?

Are you sure you're not just stretching the skin and not the penis?

Can you make a video of your whole routine to see what we can speculate and provide further help? Or at least a multitude of pictures?
