Hey folks, basically I'm worried at what kind of permanent results can I attain when after my girth session, 50 minutes only yield like 1/8th to 1/4"..... thats it. I know how to jelq, I'm doing it right but that's all I get. I even wear a loose clamp around the base to make it official. A little worried!

Time, consistency, patience, tenacity umm oh yeah, time. Girth is a progressive process of temporary gains becoming permanent. Jelqing, for some, may not be enough. There are many alternatives to this and perhaps you need to step up things. If you have access to the Members Site, check out Phase 4 and 5. If not look up Slow Squash Jelqs, DLD Bends, Compression Squeezes and the other popular girth exercises.

For me it was. I gained much of my length from manual stretching. I never saw it this way. Manual stretching allows for a much more intense stretch than that of hanging (or any other device) When doing a manual stretch you are using much more strength than say a 10 pound weight hanging off you dick. A manual stretch, for a short period, could be more than 100lbs. of strength, depending on the person stretching and their strength. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] makes this type of intensity so much easier as it can supply much more strength than your hands alone. The advantage hanging as over manual stretching is the amount of time you can stretch for.

The VIMAX, I use more for flaccid gains. It keeps me stretched out and allows my penis to hang at almost my erect size in flaccid state.
 
Anyway, to anyone interested in how this thread is supposed to end. I am no longer interested in getting .75 expansion in a session. I believe anything to much over a 1/4" becomes fluid buildup- and actually interfers with blood expansion in the following session which for me is in the afternoon. I know only do 1/2hour morning sometime, . . . and then again sometimes in the evening. At this rate, my girth has increased, and I see hopes to gaining a 6+ girth if not close to by next year certainly by the following Christmas:cool:

I have wondered this myself I don't seem to get the massive expansion that DLD and SWM talk about even when I clamp. Even when I pump it is about half an inch max.
 
cool thing about it is, ever since I dropped the hour routine to 1/2 hour, my erections are back like teen times, and I'm happy with that which basically equalls to overtraining. I'm pretty sure it's just enough to expand and that will be enough to make gains. Anything to much over that is not neccessary, and if your doing 2 sessions daily unproductive. To much fluid in the penis, in my opinion now defeats the idea.
