I've been posting my progress on the blogs section for a while, but I think I could get more people to give comments and suggestions here.
I've been training for over six months now, and here are my initial stats:

My current routine is one that I do three times a week. I don't heal quickly enough to perform it daily, so I try to get the most out of every training day.:
1. Warmup
- I don't have a heating pad, so I boil some water and soak a two-folded-paper-towels "cover". I squeeze out the water, and wrap the cover on my penis for 3-5 minutes, and I repeat it one or twice. (really dangerous if done incorrectly!!!) I usually squeeze the water out of the paper cover by pressing it between two plates.
2. One Handed Jelqs
-20 reps per set for for 8 sets, alternating hands per set (increases by 5 reps every two weeks, currently at thirty)
3. Uli
- I do a two handed uli, one hand squeezing the base while the other squeezes near the top. I do 10 reps for one set, 30 seconds per rep.
4. Stretching + Kegels
-I'm not circumcised, so it's harder to get a grip and avoiding pulling the foreskin. What I do is I get a paper towel (either moist or dry, as long as it's comfortable enough to pull) and wrap it on the area where I'll pull.
- I pull and hold at a direction for the maximum of 50 one-second squeezes for a total of 4 sets (one per direction). I notice that a kegel does a pull of sorts while I stretch. I wonder if that aids in the process.
- I end my stretching with two mandingo stretches, holding them for as long as possible.
My aim is to get a 7x6 penis. I'm close to reaching the girth, but a long way to go before I reach the length.
