I've been posting my progress on the blogs section for a while, but I think I could get more people to give comments and suggestions here.

I've been training for over six months now, and here are my initial stats:

*The BPenis EnlargementL is correct for this month, but I'm not sure if I recorded the September size correctly as a two inch increase may be a bit exaggerated.

My current routine is one that I do three times a week. I don't heal quickly enough to perform it daily, so I try to get the most out of every training day.:

1. Warmup
- I don't have a heating pad, so I boil some water and soak a two-folded-paper-towels "cover". I squeeze out the water, and wrap the cover on my penis for 3-5 minutes, and I repeat it one or twice. (really dangerous if done incorrectly!!!) I usually squeeze the water out of the paper cover by pressing it between two plates.

2. One Handed Jelqs
-20 reps per set for for 8 sets, alternating hands per set (increases by 5 reps every two weeks, currently at thirty)

3. Uli
- I do a two handed uli, one hand squeezing the base while the other squeezes near the top. I do 10 reps for one set, 30 seconds per rep.

4. Stretching + Kegels
-I'm not circumcised, so it's harder to get a grip and avoiding pulling the foreskin. What I do is I get a paper towel (either moist or dry, as long as it's comfortable enough to pull) and wrap it on the area where I'll pull.
- I pull and hold at a direction for the maximum of 50 one-second squeezes for a total of 4 sets (one per direction). I notice that a kegel does a pull of sorts while I stretch. I wonder if that aids in the process.
- I end my stretching with two mandingo stretches, holding them for as long as possible.

My aim is to get a 7x6 penis. I'm close to reaching the girth, but a long way to go before I reach the length.
 
2 inch gain or not, measuring out to 7.25 is great! Are you doing the basic newbie stretches?
 
The routine looks great and your gains are amazing! Stick with what is working and keep us up to date on your changes.

Yep, it's mostly the basics except for the Mandingo stretch which I added about two months ago. It's straight up, down, left, right and a circle rotation or two. I can't do the behind the cheeks stretches yet (haven't practiced enough).
 
Another month, another update!

While my flaccid girth dropped a bit, my erect length has increased by 1/8 of an inch, making my erect length one inch larger since I first started, and 1.5 inches away from my 7" goal.
 
Flaccid is very inconsistent. Your flaccid size at any time varies due to blood flow, temperature, underwear, and probably even mood. I've been measuring every month since October, [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ans[/words] my flaccid varies between 4.5-5.5". I think that as I continue to do Penis Enlargement, it will probably vary, but in a different range (say, 5.5-6.5"). So don't sweat it, those gains will come in time.

I agree. Ignore flaccid measurements except for teh Flaccid, Bone-pressed measurement.
 
Awesome gains man. But you started a thread when you're 0.2 inches of girth off your final goal?

You should have started in September last year so we could watch you grow!
 
Thanks for the advice. Since I'm a grower, I tend to worry about my flaccid more than the erect measurements.

True, but I've noticed that my girth is a slow grower so I'll be updating for quite a while. If I gain well past my goal, I'm thinking of a possible upgrade to a 8x6.5

Girth was tough for me too in the beginning months. I started to really pack on girth after about 6 months. The biggest difference was in adding super-sets to my routine. When I started basic combinations in girth work I really blew up fast. I only wish I had a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] back then, that would have been the icing on the cake.
 
great log man..

i myself am uncut too. what i do is i pull the forsking back kegel a lil blood into the head of the penis to allow a good grip and pull from just behind the head.

My flaccid girth is still low, but it doesn't bother me as my erect girth has slightly increased this month. More areas have improved, including the flaccid and erect lengths.

I'm 8 months in, and I feel that it's time to change up my routine a bit. I'm interested in supersets, but I don't know what I should do.

Also, what exercises should I do to improve my EQ?
