Advice on getting myself into a solid Hanging routine

It doesn't sound like BTC. Of course, there are degrees.

You can actually hang while sitting at a true SD angle. Then there are another 90 degrees of hang down which is BTC.

Hey Red, Maybe you could modify your routine for lazy bastards to be done hanging instead of with manual stretchs. What was it again, five minutes each of the following excercises: sit up stretch, squat stretch, stills tunica stretch, BTC stretch, tow strectch, DLDs footlong, Rotary ''A'' stretch blasters, CTS and TCS stretchs. Then the girth work. Maybe they cant all be adapted, but, well you get my point. That could be pretty intense. Luck.

I have another idea......I can hang while in the bed.
What Intend on doing is getting long string, attach it to the bib and weights than lie back in the bed. The string will go off and over the end of the bed with the weight on the end....so the weight is infact pulling along the string. I would be laydown at night for a few hours doing this....would use 15/20lbs and I think it would help me, its better than nothing and its ALL I CAN DO AT THE CURRENT TIME with work....my job is very hectic at this time of the year especially. What do you guys think of the idea? In theory its a long rope attached to the BIB going down, hanging over the bed with 15/120lbs of weight on it. I could lie back and make the stretch more intense I suppose.
 
I need to know what kind of chair users of the BTC in here use for hanging this way ?

I reckon it has to be a tall chair, almost like a bar stool ??

RED, I'm assuming that you are referring to the post that I made to your thread yesterday. Did you just delete it or move it to a different forum? I haven't been able to find the post under any other forums. Perhaps you could help me locate it.

Man if you could sleep on your back like that you could get in a few hours of hanging for sure, maybe even six to eight hours. Thats not a bad idea. Talk about multi-tasking :-)
