The further back we stretch the more the ligs take up the stretch, in the BTC position you have to be hitting the ligaments unless you have some extremely long ligaments.

Yes I can feel it in the ligs when I grab the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and revers kegel and pull back and up really hard. So far I am only doing 2 of these a day but I will soon increase it to 5-10 a day in my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] routine.
