Alright boys, this is how it's going to go down.
By the end of 2016, I will have gained 1.5" in cold, NBP erect length, giving me my ultimate goal of 8" in length. I know I can gain girth easily already, as I stacked on a half inch in girth in roughly a month and a half when I started PE many years ago, so I'm not particularly worried about that. My sole focus for this year, is going to be length, though I know that if I throw girth exercises in twice or three times a week, that that will only benefit me.

I've been going for two hour sets at a medium tension so I can maintain bloodflow.
Supplements are L-arginine (to be taken after the routine), Soy Lecithin (after too), and a multivitamin with enriched zinc (bullshit???).
So far in conjunction with doing a lot of cardio as of late and staying off the cigarettes and booze as much, I've noticed a better flaccid hang already. Today is Day 1 of the Journey to the Iron Path. I'll post in a bit once I'm done. I don't think this should take more than a half hour, 45 minutes, so I'm going to go to the gym first so I have an excuse to grab a hot shower afterward!
