Alright boys, this is how it's going to go down.

By the end of 2016, I will have gained 1.5" in cold, NBP erect length, giving me my ultimate goal of 8" in length. I know I can gain girth easily already, as I stacked on a half inch in girth in roughly a month and a half when I started PE many years ago, so I'm not particularly worried about that. My sole focus for this year, is going to be length, though I know that if I throw girth exercises in twice or three times a week, that that will only benefit me.

I've been going for two hour sets at a medium tension so I can maintain bloodflow.

Supplements are L-arginine (to be taken after the routine), Soy Lecithin (after too), and a multivitamin with enriched zinc (bullshit???).
So far in conjunction with doing a lot of cardio as of late and staying off the cigarettes and booze as much, I've noticed a better flaccid hang already. Today is Day 1 of the Journey to the Iron Path. I'll post in a bit once I'm done. I don't think this should take more than a half hour, 45 minutes, so I'm going to go to the gym first so I have an excuse to grab a hot shower afterward! :cool:

Plus, I felt fairly worked out after all of the routine, with that internal slight soreness that you get after a good runthrough.
 
All sounding exciting and motivated. Your routine is very intense and will bring great gains. In the beginning it may cause some soreness but this will fade. The Bundled Stretches are very important and I am glad you have included them. I have suggestions that you could work into this routine. The first is erect stretching, something that should be done 3 times a week for 5-10 minutes to help cement length gains. I would also include some Expressive Stretching which can be done many ways. I missed this morning because I woke up rather late in comparison to my usual (7am today :P), so I'm going to run the circuit now and add it in, likely on the same days I do some girth work too. On another thought, how often should I keep the girth work going? Does it sound like I have enough set aside for girth work, 2~3 times a week? You've always said that doing both has had the positive effect of accelerating growth, instead of doing just girth or just length.

Yeh, it is hard to think of a device better than the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] for night use. It is as original as the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words], very specialized. 2-3 days a week sounds just fine for erect stretches (5-10 minutes). I also concur with you on training both length and girth together, they truly compliment each other. The penis, when it grows, has no choice but to expand in all directions so if you are able to get that dual session in rock that.
 
Day 1

Mostly just wrench and light [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] work, felt fairly sore from Day 0, but in a way that felt like getting back into the gym. Evening felt great, everything was very flexible and malleable, and so I spent some time with just manual stretches.

Day 2

Full on workout today

Wrench lig stretches, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] Bundled stretches for 10 minutes turned clockwise and then counter clockwis(10x2), then some Lazy ass streches in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] between the cheeks, for about 10 minutes, then the DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], then rotary cranks. Hour and a half in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] afterward. Topped it off with about 4 hours in an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace[/words] wrap.

What I did notice was that evening when I went to the gym, I did roughly 40 minutes of cardio on a bike, and when I got home, I hit the green pretty hard. That evening before I went to bed, I felt much more aware of my body, and my penis. I felt the inner parts of my penis as it was connected to the rest of the muscle tissues through my ass and lower butt, so I felt the tension through all of that region each time I would kegel. I edged a bit before going to bed, and maybe it was because I was high, but I felt much more in control of my level of arousal. I think the cardio helped my body maintain a longer period of relaxation before going into a heightened arousal level, but the erection quality was absolutely phenomenal. I felt thicker all around, and just a hair longer too. I think the cardio really helped with the erection quality I had, either through cardiovascular health, kegels, the length exercises, or a combination of all three.

Might be hitting the bike more in the future. More to come.
 
Day 3
Did some edging, felt fairly sore internally, so I left it alone today.

Day 4
Same as usual, though the soreness I felt the day before was gone. I think warming up through a method of either warm water and massaging would help the most with this, though the bundled stretches are really amazing at killing the fluid buildup for me, both in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words], and in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words].

Gonna try to get about three hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] today at max tension. Does anyone know if the springs wear out over time and lose their tensile strength?

Didn't get much in, just spent about 20 minutes doing the basic DLD newbie stretch routine with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words].

Day 6
Made up a bit for yesterday, went with the full routine and got about an hour in on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], but I plan on getting more time today. I really want to measure my BPEL, but I think I'll continue to hold off until at least the 30 day mark, then I'll make changes to my routine if needed.

Alright, I goofed. Too many hours of other things to do today. Woke up at 5 am and did my homework instead of my PE, so note to self, do your fucking homework when you get it, not when it's due. Day 9
Pretty good workout today, since I missed yesterday. Just about the same thing as day 7.

Day 10.
Another decent workout, save for the time in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]. I'm getting better with the Wrench, as far as hitting the ligaments and the expressive A and V stretching, but today, for some reason, I just couldnt get my wrap right on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]. I got 2 five minute sets on bundled downward stretches in, but then not nearly as much in the actual DLD newbie stretching as I wouldve liked. Everything seemed super sensitive today, sorta sore, even. Anyway, maybe its just the wrap. I've spent the last two hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], with a 2 minute reset on it at the end of the first hour. I've got to go teach soon, so I'm going to jump into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] wrap in a minute and keep going. When I get back, 6~7pmish, I'll get back into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and see if I can make up for the lack of earlier, then back into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].

Question, do the springs on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] wear out over time? I've had mine for about three years now, and I'm not sure if its pulling as hard. It does get the stretch going, but it takes to full 1800 before I start feeling it, and thats after at least an hour in it. Thoughts?
 
All springs wear out over time. As long as you can still get a good stretch with it and still have some spring pressure left over, your good to go. You can always order the stronger springs anytime.
I like your routine. Hey, if you have to be high to get in tune with your body, go for it. Don't rely on it, but if it helps you, use it.

You don't feel comfortable using the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] while at work or school? I see it as being better than the PF because you can pull harder and it doesn't wear out. I'm on my 3rd sleeve with the PF. Nighttime, it's a godsend. Daytime, pulls the frick out of my leg hairs lol. Worth it though to reach my goals.

Watch the pain so you don't get skin burn. The harder you pull, the easier it is to get it.
 
Springs do wear out and in some cases men may be using the older springs (1600g) when there are new springs at 2800g. I would just go to the spare parts store and pick up a set of 2800g springs.

I've thought about getting some new springs, but in reality, these still seem to be fine in regards to tensile strength in my hands, and once I'm strapped in for a bit, I start really feeling the internal and shaft pull at about the two hour mark.

I'm going to give this routine all I can give it until the end of this month, and then I think I'll start doing some more girthwork in order to accelerate the length gains, and not miss on potential girth gains. The weed really did help me isolate the PC muscles, because for the longest time, I've had trouble doing the PC exercises. I know where they are, and I know what they feel like when they're sore, but actually getting a workout on them seems to be what I'm missing, so the weed helps me figure out where they are exactly, so when I'm sober I can think about it more logically and figure out how to effectively work that area. Though, as a thought, I've been doing a lot more cardio lately, specifically cycling, and I notice the muscles used in cycling seem to be directly linked to the PC muscles - some nights I'll get back from a good cardio session, and then end up popping a fucking bar of steel in my pants that takes an age, even with adult entertainment, to get off, so that's a nice relief to see that my issues with having a short fuse are getting worked out.

The [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words] is okay at school, the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is what I cannot take to school without fear of being found out, or being uncomfortable the whole time. I think I have a pretty good combination for a solid hold in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] - I use a strip of theraban, followed by a strip of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap, followed by a strip of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] wrap of a different consistency, because the first strip does not hold well under the velcro mod, but the second strip holds well onto the first, and the velcro strip. I still want to find a method that provides hours of unhindered continuous active stretching, WITHOUT losing blood flow to the head, and that seems to be my only issue with the setup I have on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I've tried the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] mod on it, and while it was awesome, I never could stay in it long enough to get an effective stretch without the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] slipping off me, mainly because the width of the outer cone is wider than the width between the bars, so the cone gets compressed and loses its grip on the top and bottom of my shaft, so then I just slip out over the course of 15 minutes with a lot of pinching. Same thing happens overnight on the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] alone. I had originally purchased it so I might run the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]/VLC combo all through the night, but I doubt that I'll be able to do that with the issue I have with it. I might, at some point go for the PF and try that with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], but right now, money is tight, so once it's not, I'll consider it.
 
Day 11 Part 1

Okay, so I don't have enough time to do the whole deal right now, so when I get back from work and the gym, I'll start from the top again.
However, had enough time to get in on the wrench a bit, and I gotta say, I wish I had started working on the ligaments like this earlier, because WOW, instant .5" length gain in flaccid length, measured 6.5" nbpfl, and then FUCKING 8" bpfl, so THAT IS FUCKING EXCITING!!!

Got myself wrapped up in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] wrap right now, sitting at 6.5" in this guy, so I'm going to go off to work and the gym and keep it on (seriously, the looks both the girls AND the guys give me is great :cool: ), then knock out the rest at 4:30ish.

That was so exciting, I might just start doing 2 session a day!

No, so far so good. I think the cardio is helping a shitton, and might've been one of the primary reasons my staying power was so low. Erection quality hasn't been this good since I was in high school, so yeah, good stuff for me!
 
Haha nice. I'm doing length with some girth work and I get hard over anything as well throughout the day. I use the PF and I sometimes have to sit after taking a piss so I can relax and subside my erection. Great but sucks sometimes haha.
 
Day 12

My erection quality has been okay today, though I woke up this morning with wood that just would not go away. My flaccid was sorta hard today, and was pretty short a lot of the day. The night prior, I tried to get the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] going again, but after a few hours, I woke up in a sweat and had to take it off. I'm not sure what happened, but likely it was the amount I drank and smoked that night, roughly three beers and three cigarettes. I'm quitting smoking as of today, so I'll see how that affects my penis and overall health everywhere else. Got roughly three hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] today, but I think it's pretty well known that a lower tension at a longer period of time does a better job than trying to crank out every hour of the day at 110% - at least, that's my experience so far. I'll throw another log in when I get back from the gym and finish round two.
 
I personally love high tension extending. I feel the ligs get hit better plus i believe i get some expression stretching done swell since its pulls the inner shaft. I follow low tension as my last set to help recover though. You should try it.

I personally love high tension extending. I feel the ligs get hit better plus i believe i get some expression stretching done swell since its pulls the inner shaft. I follow low tension as my last set to help recover though. You should try it.

I'll give that a shot! Do you go high tension to the limits of the spring rods, or do you push farther than the markers on the spring rods?
 
Does anyone have an idea of what causes a hard flaccid penis? I'd like to figure out how to maintain a continuous jelly-state, but I'm not sure how. Thoughts?
 
For high tension, I ensure the rods have enough length to match my BPFSL with springs always compressed to the max. Also ive had hard flaccid or still kinda do. From researching on forums and other sites, its caused by chronic pelvic pain syndrome CPPS. According to people who cured themselves, the key is to reverse kegels and relaxing the pelvic floor muscle.
 
Day 13

Alright, so I didn't get to the gym or do any PE today, but I did have the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] on most of last night and woke up at 5 am with it around my neck and not connected to my penis, so that happened.

Another important factor is pre-stretching the Tunica prior to training. This will allow for greater expansion or elongation due to the penis becoming more malleable, stretchable, etc. The hard feeling is a good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] of intensity as I used to get this as I was actively growing.
 
Look up the tennis ball exercise for relaxing your pelvic floor muscles. A lot of guys say it really helps to relieve the tension. Only weird part is it turns you into a penguin lol. Look it up and you'll understand the joke.
