Hi everyone!
I’ve decided to do PE for at least a 6 month period so I’m keep progress log. Depending on the results after 6 months I’ll decide if I’ll continue 1-2 more years.
I’ve always felt way below average and been kinda shy being naked amongst others. Also being cut where the majority of others aren’t cut you give a “smaller visual appearance”. Also I’ve always thought that the average length is around 7” and 6” girth.
I actually briefly did some PE in 2009 but stopped after a two or three months. I first bought a [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES-extender[/words] and also bought a BIB. I didn’t really see any results, couldn’t put in the hours, and I wasn’t happy with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] being so uncomfortable. At that time it was only the silicon noose strap that was available and I probably tried 20 different ways of wrapping but never managed to extend for any longer period of time.
The BIB was OK but I don’t think I ever gave it enough time. I was just too lazy and impatient.

So fast forward eight years or so I decided to give it another shot. I bought the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] and even though it is a bit of a hassle I think what makes me want to continue is that I can see direct, temporary, effects. An instant gratification which is a good physiological effect for me. After a couple of days I got a better hang of the exercise and I started to realize that the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] was too small for me girth wise. I was surprised at first because I’ve always thought, and I probably measured a bunch of times 8-10 years ago, that I was 5,5” BEL x5,5” MEG. So from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] for a day I measured again got 5,9”x6,1” – happy and surprised.
I got even more happy putting this into relation to the average sizes I found in a survey from 2015 or 2016 where averages were around 5,5” BEL and 4,5” MEG – so I’m actually not small but average or above average.

Another factor in all of this is my GF of ten years. She’s mentioned a couple of times that I’m “on the smaller side”. When I found the survey I told her that I’m actually average or a bit over average she refused to believe me, haha. She said that all of the guys she’s been with before have been larger than me and I replied that would be statistically extremely improbable – so either her eye measurement are not correct, likely :), or she’s struck gold with every guy she’s been with, unlikely. As most of you probably know – arguing a different opinion with a girl never leads anywhere so I asked her what size she prefers. She revealed that she always liked “larger devices” and thought that the perfect size was two hands with and then some. Her being kinda tall, like 5’10”, her hands are pretty wide as well like 3,5” so that means she wants like 7,5”+ toy with at least 6”g girth. The funny thing is that right now I barely fit into her mouth and anal is nigh impossible yet she craves something large.

So back to PE again. Actually thinking that [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] PE is possible to keep up for a longer period I need some more stuff for length. I got two toddlers so while I don’t have that much spare time I do have a lot time around the house able to do passive PE. I bought a new [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES-extender[/words], I threw the old one away when moving a couple of year ago. Got the comfort-attachement, not that happy with that, the nose I haven’t even tried. Tried the Velcro-mod but the Velcro I bought separately has really sharp edges cutting into me. So I ordered the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]-tugger and after a few days I think it’s an amazing device, a bit of a hassle since I’m cut and got a bit tight skin. But still amazing – no bulk compared to the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES[/words], less hassle, less pain – just great. I also bought a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] since I was pressing to much on the walls of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] which hurt a lot. Got a Vine-vac for some extra power.

I started around December 18th and I’ve used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] 5-6 days a week since then. I got the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] just recently so not been able to use them so much.

Plan forward is [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] 5-6 days a week. Extending after [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] will be done with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. If I don’t use [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] or before the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] sessions I will use the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words]. Reason for this is that I get some water retention and I have problems getting the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] on. Might just be a learning curve. The BIB is somewhere in my garage, just need to find it and I'll probably start use it again.

Did measure yesterday and I know it is temporary but it was still good to see – 6.1” BEL and 6,3” MEG ? Like I wrote above – I’m really impatient and just seeing a tiny increase is a tremendous instant gratification that makes me want to continue.

So target for 2017 is 7” BEL and I really don’t care to increase girth but seeing 6,5” MEG wouldn’t be too bad. If I ever get to 7” then I probably won’t be able to stop trying to get 8” – I already feel a bit hooked :)

Thanks Munto! I actually tried stretching with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] which went well. Right now I'm only using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] and It's a bit of a struggle keep the balls out so not really possible to stretch I think.

I usually do some manual stretching when ever I get a few minutes of privacy.

I usually rest on thursdays so no exercise yesterday.

Today I had a great [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] session with 20-30 minutes in the tube. It usually split over 4-5 sets because I get the balls sucked in when By accident I release and start over again. I try to enter atleast 80% erect - I feel that its a key to a good session.

At the end of the session I maxed out at 6.7" - .6" over my BEL which feels great to see.

Also Managed to squeeze 30 min edging and 1 hour with the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES[/words].
 
A couple things to try to stop balls from being sucked in. Most men, after doing the Testical Health and Massage Routine, find that their scrotum hangs low enough not to get sucked in. You can also use [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] to tie back your scrotum.

I keep struggling with the scrotum and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] but yesterday I had my best session. I stole a slightly longer hairband from my GF and I kan keep my things in place without much pain. When I move towards max preassure I remove the hairband to free up some more skin. Put in the grey comfort padding again and managed to avoid to get pinched. Next thing to improve is to be able to angle the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] to match the angle of my errection. Right now my head is pressing to the side of the tube which is slightly painful. Don't have a curve but a small upwards angle.

I've always been a sceptic but I want to belive :) I did a measurement which showed BEL 6.3" and MEG 6.3" (allthough with a CR) which was a nice confidence boost. If/when I reach 6.5" BEL I'll throw out all my doubts with the cat litter and become a true believer :P

It's a shame that there is such a huge social stigma surrounding PE, size etc. My friends and family know me as a real sceptic about almost everything - being really hard on facts and science. If I tell someone PE works the'll belive me but unfortuantly I won't be able to tell anyone about PE without risking social damage :/

I haven't tried doing hardcore stretches yet, but so far my balls aren't sucked in with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] anymore like they used too
hardcore stretches are probably the ultimate test

HardCore stretches Rock! They bring so much interior penis outward and make length gains so much quicker. When we attack all sides of the penis we win the war of gains.

I've rotated the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiters[/words] 180 degrees so the angled side is on the same side as the stickers.

I checked again today and i think that the skin from the scrotum that gets pulled in pushes the base of the penis up and an 'un-normal' angle.

Up until 5.5" I don't have any issues but when I go above that I think too much skin gets pulled in. Don't want to get stuck on 5.5" since I've been around 6.7 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] before.

Tried vaseline but didn't really help but I'll definatly try conditioner next time :)

Good advice. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words], for some men, works better at certain rotational points. If all advice is followed for good vacuum and vacuum is still being lost rotate the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] and you should be able to find a perfect place to pump from.
 
Almost a week since last post. Happy that I've managed to keep my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] schedule - 6 days a week and 1 restday. Only managed to use the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES[/words] and the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] for around 10 hours during whole week but I guess its better than nothing :)

The last couple of days it feels like I've finally mastered the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words]. After trying a bazillion things I found a setup that works great for me - comfortpad in, hairband to prevent nuts beick sucked in, vaseline to not stick, standing up in the tub while getting in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] and the first pumps. After a little while i use the vacuvin to increase preassure and carefully remove the headband. I usually end the sessions .4" above my BPEL.

Tried conditioner but it washed away to quick so I don't think it helped me.

With the rest day I was close to 48 hours since last [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] session and I took the opportunity to measure again. Was really happy to see that my previous measurement wasn't just an illusion :) BPEL yesterday 16.1 cm, last measurement was 16.0 cm and 15.5 cm on 2016-12-20.

Hoping to see 16.5 cm soon.

Didnt measure MEG yesterday, I'll save that for after the next rest day.

Yep! What helps alot is the different advice and adjustments that that people contribute with. Alot of the exercises and devices wont work right away for most people so you really need to get proficent and accept that there's a learning curve.

I really regret that I gave up PE the last time - was too impatient.

Skipped my usual thursday restday and I'm really happy that the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] sessions keep getting better. One nice improvement is that I can do the sessions with almost no hassle now which saves me alot of time in the bathroom.

In addition to having less hassle the last three sessions I've maxed out at .5 cm further in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] - around 17.5 cm. Really hoping that it's a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] of things to come :)

There's a steep learning curve to The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words], but once you have it down you can start experimenting with 'expressive stretching' 'downward pulls' 'kegal/RK at max pressure' etc. Modding w/the VV was a 100% game-changer for me.

I usually do Kegels but never Reverse Kegels but today I actually read about and learned how to do them. So for now on RKs will be a part of my PE.

Reverse Kegels are a perfect time to stretch the penis because there is no interference from the Pelvic Floor Muscles due to the complete un-flex. This forced un-flex is what releases the penis to stretch to much longer sizes.
 
So yesterday was PE-restday since it was valentines so I decided to do a measurement today. 40+ hours since last [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]-session.


2016-12-16: BPEL 5.9" MEG 6.1"
2017-01-26: BPEL 6.3" MEG 6.3"
2017-02-15: BPEL 6.4" MEG 6.3"

I'm really happy that I keep inching forward, especially the BPEL. Not really concerned with the MEG but I'll happily take any gains coming my way.

Since I've always been a sceptic, and am I still sceptic, it's is getting hard to compute :) Getting close to 16.5 cm (6.5") which is the point when I'll forever discard my sceptisism.

Also I've started to feel somewhat proficent with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] in the beginning och january. The first weeks with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] and when I got the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] I had some low quality sessions. So even though its been two months I only think that the last month, month and a half, has been good quality PE.

It is awesome when skepticism becomes belief and this is something that needs to happen quickly as too many lose confidence when they do not gain immediately. Sometimes they quit right before the miracle happens. I am glad you have gotten through the fog and are now seeing clearly.

When I started I hoped to reach 6.5" BPEL by sometime during the summer and now I'm almost there. New target is 6.7" BPEL in June.

Sounding like a broken record but the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] sessions are getting better and better. Just had my fastest and best sessions. Think I spent half the time in the bathroom compared to what I used to. Also the last 3-4 sessions I'm reaching 7"+ in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] which feels great.

Had a pretty bad [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] yesterday, got the balls sucked in repeatidly. I'm guessing it was because I used to much vaseline and got both myself and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] slippery. I'll use alot less next time.

Today I had half an hour with nothing to do and decided to measure even though I havent had a rest day between the last session. Was 18 hours since last [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] session but I didn't feel pumped at all, so shouldn't affect the result. And... ta-daa! First milestone reached - 6.5"+ BPEL (16.6 cm) both with and without a CR. MEG was 6.4" with CR, 6.2" without.

So I've promised myself to stop doubting PE and accept that it works. Still have some brain processing to do but I have to believe my own eyes :)

So next milestone is BEP 6.7" (17cm) and I've made another bet/promise with myself when I reach it :)
 
It seems, (for me at least) that the brain doesn't want to 'let-go' of what it thinks it knows. Erasing the chalkboard and accepting my gains is a daily challenge, but I think proving it every session has helped.

Man's biggest downfall is worldly knowledge and pride in such.
 
So things are moving forward fast - almost too fast. Had restday on sunday and measured on monday and BPEL was 16.8 cm (6.6") which feels amazing and I hope that I'll keep seeing progress.

Feels like I had a breakthrough a couple of weeks ago - my flaccid feels very flexible and long compared to earlier and I wonder if it is some kind of indicatior. I keep tuning my excerises, I've always used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] for a longer duration and with higher pressure than recommended (thanks to the Vacu-Vin). The last couple of weeks I've upped the pressure even more and usually reach the level where Vacu-Vin clicks. In addition I've taken up edging and as a rule I try to edge atleast 20 min duration before and after each [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] Session.

On the down side I feel pretty sore, mostly the skin, around the base, scrotum, and pelvic area so I've decided to take 3-5 restdays. I feel its better to put in some extra rest rather than risk an injury. I'm also so far ahead of my schedule that a I'm not really stressed about it - I was hoping for 7" in December and 6.5" in June. Now I can almost smell 6.7" before end of March which is a great personal achievement :)

During this rest period I'm gonna read up a bit about STR, jelqs, and SSJs.

Nothing wrong with going fast as long as your going safe. Always keep an eye on your body to be sure you are in a safe condition. Many issues can be caught by being aware. I will never talk anyone out of hard work or going fast but I will always advise to learn your body when doing such.

Yes! You´re 100% correct! I know the risks of overtraining from sports so I try to listen to what my body is telling me.
 
When I started I promised myself to atleast give it 3-4 dedicated months and with the results I'm no longer doubting the effects. :) I've decided to update my goal and also to stay commited for the whole year. Goal for end of year will be 7.5" and I'll aim for 7" in June. Rigth now I'm a measly 1/16th of an inch away from 6.7" and it feels like its at most two weeks away.

Had restday yesterday and all my soreness is gone. If I get the opportunity I'll probably try to squeeze in a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] session.

Good to hear. The biggest mistake men make in respect to injuries is they do not check up on themselves until it is too late.
 
I know that after a couple of rest days I need to slowly ramp-up...pumping to my PR right-away has led to a drop or two of blood in the chamber, (no bueno!)

Thanks! Still haven't decided if I'm gonna train today or keep resting. If I take a longer rest I'll make sure to ramp up slowly.

Today I decided to measure again since I'm really excited to get past 17cm. Lo and behold I measured in 17.1-17.2 cm which is over 6.7"! :) 7.0" which was my original end of year goal is feeling pretty close :)

On the down side my max stretch in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] is a bit flat, its been around 18 cm and I guess as long as it's a bit over my BPEL I shouldnt be concerned. Five days since last update and yesterday was a rest day. After a long string of average [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] sessions the Wednesday and Thursday sessions felt a bit over average. Today’s session was great, the best I had so far - zero hassle, no ball suckage and no unnecessary restarts. I hope for more sessions like this in the future.
In addition I had another breakthrough as I manager to get past the 18 cm marking in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] for the first time ever on Wednesday. Today I actually was above 18.5 cm which feels great since I was afraid of plateauing in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]. Fingers crossed for continued progress!
I usually measure every other day or so but I only take measurements after a rest day as “official” so I took the opportunity to measure today. BPEL was 17.2-17.3 cm which is a small increase since last week and more importantly, I haven’t shrunk or imagined my progress 
I usually don’t measure girth because I find it to be a hassle to keep the erection while fiddling with the measuring tape. Anyways after several measurements I have to conclude that MEG is spot on 6.3” and no more. So my 6.4” measurement must have been an error or something. Either way, girth hasn’t been a priority so not crying any tears over it.

So new measurements as of 2017-03-11 are 6.8” x 6.3”. In two weeks it will be the 3 month mark of using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] and it looks like I’ll clock in on a whole inch BPEL increase – amazing!

Congratulations on the Length gain, wonder why girth did not grow. Maybe a more intense girth routine? Anyway, congrats on the gain!
 
Not sure why girth progress has stopped. Only thing I can think of is maybe because of the vacu-vin. I have significantly increased the pressure and I get relly stretched in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]. As a comparision without the Vacu-vin I'll max out below the 6" mark but at max pressure with the Vacu-vin I'm above 7". So I'm thinking that because I get so stretched out lenght wise it hinders girth expansions. I can't really back it up but thats the only thing I can think of.

Also right now when I'm so happy with the lenght progress I'm reluctant to change anything. When I reach my lenght goals I'm gonna focus on girth.

There’s been a thing that has been irking me lately and to my disappointment I just realized that I’ve done my BPEL measurements incorrectly. Instead measuring dead center I’ve measured on the top right side, see the attachment. I’ve done a bit of googling and apparently a correct BPEL measurement is supposed to be centered.
Reason I’ve been measuring on the top right side is because of tight skin the penis gets pushed in a bit when I press the ruler. Now I’ve managed to get around that but it still a bit tricky. This might also be the explanation for why I measured 5.9” at the reboot when I’ve always considered myself to be 5.5”-5.7".


Measuring errors aside I’ve had gains beyond my wildest dreams. I’ve gained approximately 0.9-1” BPEL and .4-.5” MEG. Current measurements: MEG 6.3-6.4” and BPEL 6.6”, 6.9” on the top side but this will be the last time I measure on the top side, just wanted to add the measurement for reference. Max [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] measurement 7.3”.

Keeping my fingers crossed for more gains and going to keep my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] routine as long as I keep seeing progress.

Measuring does not have top be centered on the pubic bone but it is a good 'anchor' point, meaning the measurement will be consistent as the bone is going no where. You can measure from any point that is solid and unchangeable due to wait gain or loss.

Yep, works perfect to track progress but I want to also be able to compare to the studies with avergages etc and from what I read about the clinical studies they center the ruler. In the end my progress really only matters for me and my gf :)
