Been at the DLD beginners routine for 3 days now and its going well but i have a few questions that i would appreciate if someone could clear up for me

I split my sessions into jelqing in the morning, kegals at work and stretching before bed. However, although i can fit in the kegals and jelqing with no problems it takes me a good hour to do the stretches and even at that i can only get the 2sets done. My question here is do you guys take any breaks between each 30 sec stretch or just plough through without any rest?

With regards to two handed jelqing, i have been experiencing problems with pulling my ball sack as well as pulling my foreskin over the glans. The only way ive found around this is to pull my sack back at the base with my right hand while doing single hand jelqs only. Is this a problem? im not sure whether there needs to be constant pressure applied to the penis as obviously single handed involves taking the hand off the penis for a brief second.

Finally, ive noticed that after around 30 or so jelqs my erection level drops to pretty much flaccid, would it be advisable to take a break at this point and retain a suitable erection level again?

How many sets of the newbie stretches are you doing? The stretching routine should take no longer than 30-40 minutes? Also, when jelqing you stated you need to hold back your scrotum, I have a couple suggestions. First, I would advise you to the the Testicle Health Massage and STretch prior to jelqing as this will allow your scrotum to hang lower which may fix the issue. If not you could try to tie back your scrotum with a soft hair tie, this should keep those puppies out of the way and allow you to jelq properly.
 
I calculate 3 sets of the 15 stretches alone to be 22.5 minutes add onto this ten minutes warm up and ten minutes warm down and its approaching 45 minutes. Now on top of this i take a bit of time between each stretch to loosen up and readjust my grip so this is where the session is increased to around the hour mark. Is it recommended to just go immediately from one pull to the other with no stopping?

I will take on board the suggestions for the jelqing and try and implement this into my next session bit out of interest am i losing any benefits by doing them single handed?

I usually take well over an hour to stretch! I do 2 sets of the newbie then some bundled stuff and the mandigo thing I think and the behind the cheeks. I've also got a modified thing I do bending my penis downward over my thumb. I enjoy it and would spend more time doing it if I had it.
The girth part is what I don't like... the jelqs make my penis raw and I have to hold back my balls in skin or it will slide up my shaft. On the positive side I get way more intense feeling if I do it with no lotion and just let all the skin go up...I don't know y?
But on the positive I've gone from 130 to over 150 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and am much bigger in girth. At least a 1/4 inch so guess the pain is worth it

As long as you get a good [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session in you should be fine in the girth department. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] can be used as your girth routine.

Yes this is what i do but i do include short breaks to rest my handand readjust grip so in addition to the 20 mins of warm up/down this all adds up. Do you recommend trying to do all the stretches continuously with as little stopping as possible?

Also with regards to my earlier question about going flaccid during jelqing. Can anyone advise on this? The best way to explain it is that after 20-30 reps my penis gets soft, it still looks around the same length as it does when erect but its floppy. i think this is due to lack of sexual excitement/stimulation. i could try watching adult entertainment while i do it but i dont think this will work. is it okay to jelq with a soft penis or should i just stop to regain sone sort of erect state? i can definitely feel the blood a lot better with some form of erection.

Any advice is appreciated.

I go continuous unless my hands cramp, if this is the case I will take a break. With stretching I just switch hands when tired so I can pretty much go on for days.

GET SOME adult entertainment! This is how we all stay "up" for a session, you could stream from your phone, grab a laptop, shit when I can't do that I will tape some sexy pictures around me. Whatever it takes to keep it up.

It will work, don't worry:) 300 continuous jelqs is the best place to start. If you have to jelq soft you can do so but the higher the erection quality the better the results.

Hey thanks DLD. I tried these out and they helped greatly. The adult entertainment made me sustain the erection for probably twice as long (although it was an extreme challenge to pull my pants up and not ejeculate at the end haha) and the hair-tie over the scrotum helped a lot with the pull of skin from that area (still get a bit of bunching over the glans no matter how lubed i am but i can deal with that). My stretch session also came in around the 45 min mark but boy was my hand sore, im sure thatll improve lol.

All i need to do now is work on my two handed jelq technique. I feel as if im creating a cone shaped penis as my grip feels thick at the base and gradually feels like it gets thinner as i jelq towards the glans lol.
