I'm English bro, i was in Brazil on holiday :-) Brazil is a very difficult country, a lot of corruption. If you have a decent education and a good high earning job you can live a decent job but it's not easy. Inflation is through the roof and crime is a big concern. Technically Brazil could be wealthy like the usa ( same population, more natural resources) but that wealth is owned mainly by very corrupt politicians who are glutting the economy. Very sad as Brazil was improving but it's getting worse again.

Thanks man. I'm really pleased with the progress i've made so far.
I started training again may 20th and since then I have remained consistent. Some progress has been made but much more work still needs to be done!
