Been consistent in my p.e. for the past month or two, maybe three, made and inch gain on my erect length and a half inch gain on my girth! This shit works! I was wondering how else to supplement training, I jelq/stretch/girth work for about 45-1hr along with my pump, which I hit for about 10-15 minutes in between. Was thinking about male extra? Or maybe some new stretches, I the __________ stretch + the v-stretch is a killer mix. I see that stretching manually, is almost the most potent length tool, whereas jelqing is a combination of length and girth. Just wanted to share the news hahaha as well as get some feed back/ideas on things to incorporate, clamping maybe?
