penis growth through pumping

There is no better one or other. It's about the proper restrictive sizing. It should be the right size to restrict up to 70% of the blood flow, and maxed out at 80%. The blood should vacate your penis around the 5th minute naturally, leaving a nice flaccid state. Measure the post pump state, and get a ring that is around 60% of the base girth size to start.
Measure after every session to be sure you are seeing temporary growth

Hmm ok,

The duro rings look thicker and the sili rings look thinner. So I thought for the same size of duro/sili ring there there would be a different effect on application.

So basically after a pump session one should where a ring either duro or sili that allows for about the 70% expansion for about 1hr then remove and call the session over for the day?

The 70% expansion is incorrect. The 70% is restriction of blood flow. The expansion should be at max.

Try this. Use your thumb and index fingers to make an OK grip at the base of your penis. Now, get an erection. Tighten down on the OK grip and don't let the blood flow out. No need for the erection any more. The amount of blood you have now during the erection state is 100% of the volume. Even when you are not being erected, you want this volume.

Now, while you are not being erected, the OK grip is at 100% restrictive of the blood flow. Loosen the grip just a bit, and that's the restrictive blood flow at 90%, 80%, 70%, etc. At around 70% restrictive level, the blood volume you have should leave your penis around 3 to 5 minutes later. You have a flaccid penis that has around 60% to 70% of the blood volume after 5 minutes.

Hope that generates a better imagery for you.

After the 5 minutes when it becomes flaccid we have to get it erect again correct? This would be to prevent clotting?

Yes. Since we only need around 40 to 60 minutes, that's roughly around 12 erections, or if you have to stretch out to 10 minutes per erection, that's 6. Cycling your blood in every 5 minutes will minimize, not eliminate, a chance of getting a blood clot. Those who drinks supplements that have blood thinning effects or even aspirin, a 10-minute period after the erection can also work.

So, just kind of a clarity to prevent misunderstanding:
  • Cock ring on.
  • Get an erection to get as much blood into the penis as possible. The blood now is trapped by the natural dorsal veinous constriction, and assisted by the cock ring.
  • Relax from the erection. Your penis goes from a high salute to a relaxed soldier stand, dangling between your legs. The cock ring takes over. to hold all that erected blood volume inside the penis.
  • Between 2 to 5 minutes, the blood slowly leaves. The cock ring does not "constrict" the blood to the point where the blood cannot leave. Constriction is what you don't want. Even when the body has natural veinous constriction, blood still goes into the penis, and also drains out as needed. The body will know when to cycle out. That's why you tend to have that odd moments of your penis being softer than the initial erection. If you want 10 minutes, you can aim for that too. It just add a higher percentage for a blood clot.
  • Squeesh the remaining blood out of the penis as much as you can after 5 minutes, or 10 minutes
  • Get another erection.
  • Repeat.
Just don't do this in front of your lady. Otherwise, the 5 minutes may turn into a 20+ minutes.
