Hi new guy here, been pumping for 8 months, I have increased my erect length from just over 7 inches to just over 8 with quite nice increase in girth and the head is a lot bigger than before.
Is this a normal increase and will it continue if I continue pumping? is the size increase something which remains or do i have to continue as before? Any advice would be welcome.

Welcome brother. When you are young, your growth can accelerate quite a bit at the start. Once the body detects an anomaly due to excessive growth, it will divert it's resources elsewhere and slows your growth down. This is the plateau stages we all have to overcome as we grow. 7in to 8in length just from pumping is considered as an abnormal growth from pumping in itself, as you may have a triggered a third growth phase that your body was preserving or reserving its resources for something. It's not common nor uncommon. It does exists.

If you want to continue with the growth, keep at what you are doing. If you want to stop, ease up on the pumping at cement the growth.

Ive een working up from 10 minutes in the morning to 20 minutes twice a day adding a minute a week.
 
It may work for you and a few others when it comes to length. However, the expansion for the internal chambers may not be optimized as most of the vacuum pressure only influence the external portion of the penis. This causes edemas/fluid retention in the skin as the pressure goes higher.

For most brothers, going in flaccid is fine but once the pressure reaches past 5inHg, a full erection should be used to maximize internal expansion for an efficient workout routines. Blood volume plays a critical role in building good penile erection quality and rigidity, which makes up of 60% of the penile structure. But as the tissues are getting more dense, blood volume drops. Building your penis in the pump while being flaccid causes this dense tissue ratio to skew to more tissues than blood volume, which is bad in the long run.
 
I disagree you should always pump in the completely erect. The reason is your penis pumped flaccid does not deliver the expansion pumping erect. If you start your pump at say 25% erect and get 25% expansion you will only be at 50%. But if you start pumping erect you will get similar results you will be at 125% of your penis. Too many people are fearful of erect work. I trained 100% of exercises at 100% with the exception of ads devices

Your are correct. I pumped for a long long time Flacid. Yes I got into warm water pumping but was entering the cylinder flaccid. And result? = it did not produce gains.

So now I soon will restart pumping but entering the tube erect. It makes sense to me now. I will be hitting you guys up soon for a Mitvac with one cylinder to see over a 6 month period if I gain any length. To me 6months is good basic test if I do it constantly again like I did before with flaccid pumping.

6 months of doing the 5 x 5 x 3 routine will give you 0.5 inches of girth gains.

I'm glad you understood. We always want to reach the highest etection possible when looking to beyond your erect size
 
I shall do reading on the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) and get a measurement of girth. I seek to first get a cylinder for length work only and I have read so far that something about a 1/4 larger in total diameter is the way to go meaning on each size there is only about an 1/8" clearance on both sides of the shaft once the erect shaft is inserted and that is referenced from the largest past of my shaft namely the base?

I need to watch the sizing video but youtube wont let me. Is the sizing and other video(s) apart from that MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System intro video also here in forum please? I really need to watch these videos or all video on the Mityvac first because I am thinking you add in the water first then put that clear silcon base seal on the tube then enter in erect?

And I need to see how much water you recommend. IE do I feel to half up my erect shaft once in or totally up the shafts length once I get the shaft in? I am hoping the videos will give me details but as yet I cant access them so maybe you can help me here to access them.

After pumping I now understand to use a cock ring to heal in the extended state.

But which is the better cock ring? The Duroring or the Siliings?

There is no better one or other. It's about the proper restrictive sizing. It should be the right size to restrict up to 70% of the blood flow, and maxed out at 80%. The blood should vacate your penis around the 5th minute naturally, leaving a nice flaccid state. Measure the post pump state, and get a ring that is around 60% of the base girth size to start.
