I like to see it as further expanding on what you can do with length. I really need to get motivated myself back into doing a routine, been busy, but also very lazy towards it.
These aren't difficult, so it may be easy to get back in
Yeah I see where your at with it being both length and girth, maybe it is? but the stretch should help, maybe when used in combo with lets say another set of length exercises, or hanging to help graft that erect length in there.
All we can do, is try it out. Jury still out with this, as I haven't tested it enough, and neither have many others from the looks of things.
