lol yeah if i spent the money and was testing it out for 7 months i would atleast throw in some basic stuff like manual stretching and jelquing, it doesnt have to be for an hour but atleast maybe 15-20 minutes out of your day or do what ever makes u happy. Maybe you will find out that you want to become more intense with your workouts and spend 45 min but if not i would atleast spend 15-20 and see where it goes for the 1st month.
