This website may have been linked here before, but I thought it was pretty entertaining:

http://www.mraverage.com/sizer.php

The website also has some good information on averages, female preference, and a cool calculator program that automatically translates your stats into volume, width, amount of blood needed for erection, etc. It's a nice resource for all the guys on this forum that are still convinved that they're small until they hit 8X6. He even seems to advocate bone-pressed measurements, which seems to be the preferred method around here.

I must say that this site is very cool. Big props to you for finding it for us

i have a question about the statistics of this study:

i have seen it several times and wonder how they come up with .01% when only 300 people were measured. i am assuming that is a projection??? why is it there if it is only a projection then? either they were measured or they were not at 9 inches. this would indicate a percent of one person studied measured as such or am i reading this wrongly?
------------------

LifeStyles Condoms has conducted research into the average length and circumference of the erect penis during Spring Break in Cancun and found that the average penis length is 5.877 inches, with the majority ranging between 5.5 inches and 6.3 inches.
The average girth is 4.972 inches, with the majority ranging between 4.7 inches and 5.1 inches.

From March 11 to 17, a total 401 males over the age of 18 were measured, one at a time, by qualified medical staff (protected by gloves) in private tents at the Dady Rock nightclub in Cancun, Mexico. Of the 401 men, 300 were able to gain an erection for measurement — a success rate of only 75%.

Measurement methodology
The following criteria were enforced by a doctor and a team of four nurses, who attended each of the seven nights of the penis size research. Measuring of length was from the point at the base of the erect penis where the top of the penile shaft meets the pubic area to the tip of the glans ("head"). For uncircumcised men, the foreskin was retracted. Measuring of girth was at mid-shaft around the circumference of the penis when the penis was erect. Failure to gain an effective erection for measurement disqualified the volunteer from being included in the data for the calculation of average erect penis length and girth.

finally someone posted this again....i've been looking for the other thread for a while

Great site! I can see the exact replica of my dick as well as my goal! Thanks for posting this!

That shit is dope! After putting in my details and opting for "Full Size" it looked just like my erect penis. Very cool. It also gives volume that can be a real confidence booster when somewhat makes modest gains.

I think that it's a great way for putting gains in perspective - even an additional 0.25" on either measurement creates a fairly dramatic difference when shown in quick visual comparison.

Yes it does. This greatly helps with motivation too. Now I really can compare the before and after. Still can't thank you enough man!

Notice the .5" fat pad. I wonder if this was in any study?

That's what I meant about the thing advocating bone-pressed measurements. I think it's just trying to anticipate how most guys measure, and I do believe that the Lifestyles survey that the webpage cites uses a 'lightly pressed against the skin' sort of description for the question of where to start the ruler.

I've always thought the differences between medical measurment studies was probably related to this. Most likely, the studies that generate an average of 5.5" or so aren't pushing the measuring device very hard. The ones that come out closer to 6" are probably bone-pressing to some degree. None seem to fall above or below those thresholds, so there's more likely a change on the part of the measuring rather than the average.

If guys want to be sure they're matching up with the comparison graph, simply only give yourself a half-inch bonepress to match the exact visual recreation.

Another interesting thing I noticed about this is that the length of 8" or so seems to be enough to induce a sort of "wow" factor, meaning that when you see the actual length of a legit 8" dick it's both shocking and hard to accurately estimate. I think this goes a long way towards explaining the assumptions many guys have about stars and big sizes in general around here, or really anywhere. Even 7.5" NBP appears very long, and I'm sure the effect is even greater on camera.

If you plot out some of the estimated sizes for guys like __________ (11X7), the results are basically humerous looking more than comparative to his actual size.

it is a pretty cool thing to be able to see where you measure up...thanks for posting this

yes.. i still want to know why the study shows .01% of people when only 300 people were measured. did one dude have a 100 inch tool and they just divided it up?

Nice find ... makes my cock look bigger. I cant belive the size on the screen.
Our view, looking down really doesnt do our dicks justice at all.

Wow my NBPenis EnlargementL makes me look HUGE!!!! in comparison

Just shows me that I really need to drop some pounds and get closer to the NBPenis EnlargementL :p
