Hello there! I'm new to this forum. I have been doing PEGym for soon 8 months, i have spend my time on another forum called "PEGym". But now i'm here because i really find DLD and his videos on YouTube super interesting and easy to follow.
It really seems like he knows what he is talking about. It really feels like you should trust this guy, and i really hope i can. He claims his penis is 10.5 inches in length and about 7 inches in girth, am i right? Actually i have looked at his MattersOfSize DVD where DLD himself is showing his penis when he demonstrates exercises broken in to 5 different phases. In this video you see both his flaccid & erect size and with visual eye measurements i can tell he is not 10.5 inches long and 7 inches thick. I don't mean to be rude, but i would gladly appreciate an explanation so i can keep trust him.

To my question regarding my own problem:

What could possibly be the reason why my expansion is becoming very weak when doing squeezes primarly and probably with jelqing aswell. In the beginning i could REALLY see the expansion when i did the squeeze (clamp at base and behind glans). I'm afraid it's not effective anymore as the expansion is not as great as it was in the beginning. The problem occured between 1 or 3 weeks.

Welcome to the Brotherhood habban! First, I was only on the first 4 Phases of the program and at the time I was about 8.5 x 5.5 with a pretty good sized fat pad. I reached 10.5 years after the DVD.

Do not take my word for it check this article by Salon or this article by KING Magazine

I really appreciate your candid questions and the respect you have shown me, very mature.

To the main problem, which is expansion, I will suggest a very important thread that will each you how to get the most out of all PE exercise or Tool work. The thread SRT is very comprehensive and after you read the entire first post you will have a completely new perspective on not just expansion but on every topic covering PE.

You're doing PE , not Pegym.Pegym is a site full of pussies and days-off takers.I suggest you stay away from that site if you want to gain serious size.

At the time when that DVD was shooted,DLD was not 10.5.I remember he said he was around 8.He gained a lot of size from then to now.DLD is truly 10.5x6.75 ( if i remember coectly).

The best manual exercises for girth are the SSJ and the jelqing,anything except that is useless if you ask me.If you apply enough intensity,you are 100 % hard,and you still don't get expansion,time to change the routine.Those exercises are not working for you anymore.
 
Thank you very much for the answers! Actually i have read the SRT thread. I have checked all your vidoes on YouTube and it completly changed my view of penis enlargement. I have more motivation now and i'm gonna push it to the next level. Actually i have already grown 1 inches in BPEL within 7 and a half month. And about 0.6 inches in girth.

Then what happens if the two only useful exercises don't work ?:(. I know you want to be a master poster like me, but bruh....%O

Dear OP: Sometimes you will have a bad session, and that's ok. if you want just take a rest day, and when you come back I want you to do ten minutes of bundled stretches, and fifty jelqs before the actual squeezes. This method will get your cock warmed, and hungry for squeezing resulting in a much better pump :blush:

Excellent to know your belief and confidence is intact. So what do you plan on using for a starting routine?

I started with JP90 routine advised by the PEGym forum. I had to do a light version of it since it was too much for me. After the 3 months i incorporated Tunica Tugs & Internal Stretches which gave me superfast gains (BPEL mostly). And now i keep doing my own routine based on a couple of exercises. The gains have slowed down drastically, but they are still there. The thing i changed recently, like 2days ago, was to divide my routine into 2 parts, length session in the morning and girth work at evening. Let's see how that will affect my gains.

That is a good workout but do not fear a slow down in gains, it happens to everyone and at that point you will need to keep pushing the intensity, tool work or change exercise and routine completely. 2 part routines is how I trained for most of my PE. If I did length and girth in the same session my focus would slip and I would end up rushing. Keeping them separate allowed me to dedicate much more brain power to the work I was doing.

So thats the only reason you seperated your routine? If i'm the kind of person that can remain focus on what i am doing, would i benefit from doing everything in a whole session instead of separating it? Btw DLD, have you figured out yet how beneficial it is to do your length work after ejaculation? Is it good? Thank you.

When you ejaculate your PC muscle is tierd and it's not going to hold back against your stretch.You can stretch much better after ejaculation.So yeah if you can ejaculate before length work,that would be great,you will get a better stretch.Read the whole SRT to understand PE better.

It doesn't hurt to do it all at once man you just get a more thorough pump :blush:. You can even try to do length after you did girth I you're up for a challenge. After you ejaculate the cock is flooded with all kinds of chemicals which relax the tissue making it easier to stretch!
